   Called in regards to a script and whoever answered the phone wasn’t helpful as HE was trying to help everyone else but ME. Why would you answer the phone if you’re not going to help. Unprofessional at its finest.

   Manage to get the dry cough liquid here when it was sold out in all chemist warehouse nearby. Glad that they open until 8pm when other smaller pharmacy were closed.

   They choose and pick how they want to give medicine. You will not get medicine from here if you not regular customer. When my wife need a medicine for diabetes,mohammand(indian guy) said we want to keep this medicine for our regular customer. If you want to get discriminated this is the place

   They were not helpful at all. I asked for 1 of the 5 medicines I got prescribed as chemist warehouse didn't have one of them (chemist warehouse is cheaper). They refused to give it to me saying it's only for their regular customers and that they will not give just one. I was really sick and they were not understanding at all.

   Wonderful staff who are very helpful. This is my local chemist so I accidentally came here for a phone prescription and they kept checking their system to see if mine had come through and offered to call me to come back if it did. Went out of their way to help and it is very appreciated.

   Was told when I filled my last script that I could come back for a 3 month supply direct from the pharmacy, I checked the price and everything but I have just tried to go and get it and was told by the lady that I can't do that and when I asked for speak to the pharmacist she said she would ask if he wanted to speak to me but she didn't even leave the counter, I waited about 5 minutes before leaving. She wasn't helpful or friendly. Poor communication being told different things and zero customer service, will not be back again.
