    The carpet I bought the day before yesterday has a very pungent smell that made my wife and child feel dizzy and uncomfortable. Please do not sell products with strong odors or excessive levels of harmful substances that are harmful to the health of customers.

    You really need to think about re training management and listening to your customers. This woman is cold and unapproachable. This has a big impact on the rest of the staff and customers experience.

    Incredibly hard to deal with Ruin it for all the other Freedoms because ya won’t catch me walking in to one ever again or buying offline Don’t bother buying offline then going in store if these a problem because they can not fix it and won’t fix it even though I emailed the customer care online which told me to go in to my local store to fix the problem Just buy from Kmart lol

    Disappointed in the service at this store . Had something on hold that was not available at any other store. Asked for two hours till we got home to measure but made it very clear if they couldn’t wait then to ring and we would just go ahead and buy it . 20minutes later they rang to say they’d sold it to someone else. No others available in the country. Thanks for nothing Freedom Hastings, no goodwill here.

    Helpful staff. They certainly knew their products. Looking at Mattresses they managed to offer us a fantastic instore deal. While we did not take them up on it in the end, they were kind enough to follow us up a day or so later to check if we were interested and to keep the price.

    Lovely staff. The range is fantastic. Love our curtains we bought (they do vary in length by a couple of cms but unless we got custom made, it was bound to happen), they are nice and thick, and great quality
