   Huge thanks to the team at Bridgestone Cambridge! Got a flat warning on my way to Auckland, pulled in stressed and running late — they checked everything, sorted my tyres, and wouldn’t even take payment. Absolute legends. Thanks for being awesome! Reading through the reviews, it’s clear this isn’t the first time they’ve gone above and beyond. What a bunch of GCs!

   We had a ‘check tyre pressure’ indicator in our car dashboard on our way from Tauranga to Auckland so we pulled over at the nearest tyre shop, Bridgestone, Cambridge. We wanted to get everything checked and possibly get our tires fixed, if required. The gentleman at the shop heard our plight, left what he was doing and promptly checked our car tyre pressure and looked for leaks and couldn’t find any. He spent close to 1/2 hour checking things. He finally put us at ease and helped us reset our dashboard indicator. He was extremely helpful but most importantly he vehemently refused any monetary compensation for his time or his valuable expertise and left us with humbled with gratitude. I would highly recommend this honest service station given our wonderful experience.

   Terrible service Exceptionally rude owner who effectively told me to f....off when I was trying to offer him at least 20k repair work. He assumed I couldn't afford it and suggested he knew all about people like me when I had asked for a very approximate idea of costs after he had viewed and assessed the vehicles concerned. Surely some estimate is justified as he could just as easily rip me off. Would strongly suggest you steer clear of this business unless you care to get insulted by the arrogant and ignorant owner. As a previous customer I am left bewildered by this attitude

   We had a fairly urgent job to replace two tyres while traveling north . They squeezed us in ,and checked nitrogen in my boat tyres too . Good job guys ! They seem to do exhausts too .

   Office lady very rude, no manners at all. Not even a hello or thanks etc. Had a wheel alignment, every other place I've been to for an alignment has given me a detailed printout and talked about the alignment itself in terms of how it was. This place I paid, received my keys and thats it. No thanks, no nothing. Very disappointed, won't be going back purely due to customer service.

   The owner quoted me just shy of $800 for fixing my car's brakes (and charged me $50 for preparing the quote). I got the exact same job done for under $500 in Hamilton. Not cool being overcharged in my own town!
