Walked in and there was multiple staff members behind the counter looking at the line of customers and still not taking anyones orders. When it was our turn to be served by I presume he was the owner he stared straight at us no hi or anything. as we were giving out order i saw the brunette girl behind the coffee machine pick her nose and then grab something out of cabinet (should have left then DISGUSTING) we then found a table and our drinks were bought over a strawberry matcha and a caramel latte, they made a mistake and bought over regular matcha first where i told the girl it was supposed to be strawberry matcha, she rolled her eyes and walked away without saying anything, i was actually shocked when they bought over a glass of milk with strawberry milkshake syrup and a few drops of matcha as my βfixedβ new drink. i didnβt saying more as the service and looks and reacts i was getting FROM THERE MISTAKES was ridiculous. our food then came out two avo, chicken bagels (which they couldnβt even make as they didnβt have the right ingredients) the blonde girl threw the plates down on our table to the point where the table next to us was also in shocked and expressed there earlier experience, where they toilet was broken, no sign he went up to the counter to let staff know and they snapped at him βI know Itβs broken we knowβ (you shouldnβt have a broken toilet available there should be a sign letting the public know) bagels were ok but we both had to pull put old, wilted, discoloured lettuce. i was under the impression this was a very well run cafe, with lovely friendly service and good drinks and food. we were both extremely disappointed and disgusted in the way this cafe was run and the way we were treated.

Came in on Friday evening. Some of the worst service I have seen. A blonde girl served me and made me feel like the biggest inconvenience. She sighed and took a deep breath before asking me what I wanted, one word responses. I asked when they shut (just incase they were trying to shut and that explained it,) and it was hours away. Very poor customer service and social skills. She slammed the cup down and walked away (which she did to every customer.) It also sounded like she was training the other girl and the way she spoke to her was horrifically condescending and rude. Not a nice environment to be in. Genuinely just learn some kindness in how you interact, it goes a long way. Good social skills matter. I used to come here a lot but won't be back. My drink tasted strongly of dish soap, so I bought a different one ( I wasn't evening going to try complain to her, she was that off putting). I ordered the strawberry yuzu drink instead and she responses with "Dont have that one" and blankly stares.

Went into this cafe and I was welcomed by a friendly face straight away. Quick service and the bene bagel and mocha were great. Nice music playing gives a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will come back again.

The staff are very friendly, fast service and very nice food and drink. Even though it was abit pricey but worth the money. Bagel Salmon was amazingly tasty. Fresh and my teenager loved it. Ice tea was perfectly made. Not too sweet and ice chocolate was great. Generous amount. Cheese cake is yum. They have a great match latte. Unfortunately they ran out that day. Omg the view is amazing especially sit by the window. What a beautiful view. If you are tourist. This place is great. Only downside is the parking.

Great food and coffee. They also have best view of Dunedin harbour in the coffee shop. Love their chicken filo. Has different choices of sweets and savoury. Staff are great. They are always full but the staff are doing their best to serve the customers faster.

Courteous service, yummy piccolos and spot-on peanut butter bliss balls. The only sad part was half of the tables couldnβt be used due to COVID restrictions. Time to support small, local businesses. This one is surely worth it. This is our regular pit stop for coffee and magazines. The staff we encountered on our last visit was friendly, helpful and smiling. The latte was perfect and the baking was scrumptious. Thanks, team. Another Sunday stopover on the way to home from town at one of our favorites. As usual it was busy and we were served very warm by the girl behind the counter. Our coffees were perfect and the courgette fritters were yummm too. Until we struck a strand of hair in the fritters. That put us off. Gave the leftover back to the girls at the counter. That's where it ended, sadly.

Beautiful food in the cabinets and you can order off a menu. The staff were welcoming. The view over the Harbour is stunning. Varied places to sit. Children's play area with seats for family in separate area. Would come here again.
