    I understand this is a busy store, but I had a frustrating experience yesterday. I inquired about a pair of shoes I was interested in and waited in line. When I reached the counter, I was asked to wait again while they served other customers before finding the shoe box needed for my purchase. I explained that I was happy to return in an hour to give them time. When I came back, the store was less busy, and I noticed the shoe I wanted was already on the counter. Despite acknowledging my presence, the three staff members continued chatting among themselves for five minutes. As someone with a retail background, I don’t like to complain, but this was a disappointing experience. From now on, I'll be shopping at Sylvia Park, where the service is much better.

    We took shoes from the sale section which was marked at lower price. When we proceed to checkout she told that they have gone back to retail price couple of weeks back but they didn’t took out the sticker. When we asked to honour the price which is the basic rule of retail they refused saying they could not do anything. I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be going back to that place.

    If I could give them zero stars I would, one lady doing stock take looked at us and walked over to mark off some other stock then another lady came out of the back and went to the counter and didn’t offer any help while the lady doing a stocktake grabbed her bag and left. Came up from Christchurch for a days shopping, received great service from every other store but this one, worst service and the whole complex. Finally got helped by girl with big eye lashes and made a purchase. Time visited 3.00pm 14th February 2024.

Doubt that there is a better bargain shoes shop in New Zealand , let alone Auckland. Will definitely be buying my shoes from here now and forever more. 11/10.❤

    I ordered shoes online. I received the used item. Very much disappointed. When I am paying asked price for brand new pair how can u deliver used item to customer. Its a fraud.

    Had a great experience with girl in pink shirt .after asking she pronounced her name monik(not too sure correctly).awesome customer service, polite and very helpful.we asked more than three times for sizes and she was happy at all the times to sort that out. I was in delima should i buy that pair or not but after the customer service i couldn't resist myself from buying just to appreciate the girls efforts for us. Very good example of customer service
