Amazingly helpful staff pretty much greet you to help as you walk in. Great stock of mot just Pharmacy stuff but gifts as well. A lot of other services you can book here that are health related. Very efficient pharmacy for prescriptions aa well.
All the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Nothing is a problem. You are greeted with a smile and made to feel important not a number/prescription like other chemist.
My family and I have been into this pharmacy 3 times in the last 48hrs dropping off unused medication for my mother who passed away 4 days ago from cancer. My mother has been a customer of this pharmacy for 15yrs and not one of the many staff we spoke to could even offer their condolences. Appalling display of customer service and a real lack of empathy. Shame on you. Update: the owner of the pharmacy David Bullen called me after reading my review to offer his sincere condolences and apologise for our experience. He has taken on board my feedback, and whilst he didn't personally know my mother, he understands the need for empathy in these situations. Thank you David, much appreciated.
Website says open but the shop is shut. In this day and age you guys really need to be more proactive in keeping your Website up to date with your hours. Keep up with the times people. Very slack. But going by other feedback it seems the normal with this pharmacy
The owner of this pharmacy, David, was very abrupt and rude. I came to ask about the medication that has been referred to me the day before but was met with accusations of me being wrong! I asked politely for him to double check and never believed me. He then found out that I was correct. It was a humiliating experience and poor service. You don’t need to be verbally rude to your customers who has not done you anything wrong. I won’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Makes sense considering the other reviews here.
Such poor service - well actually not really any service. You just get looked at by a bunch of staff who seem to stand around judging you silently. Has happened to me more than once in this pharmacy. A shame really as its a lovely modern pharmacy and well stocked and does not appear to have a staff shortage.

I actually found one lady here, an older lady,as i walked in just stand and look at me, no hello or anything. I had to go and approach her. I noticed as i had asked her for my presciption, that other staff there checked i was looked after, which was great. But that one lady, very rude!!
