I used their Fujifilm photo machine today and it was a terrible experience. There are endless amount of print centres in Christchurch that do all the work for you and it’s cheaper and so much easier. If you want to get any sizes smaller than your typical size, you cannot tell how big the sizes are. If you want to print lots of photos like 50 or 100 or more then you can only print several photos on one page and you have to hand select each photo and add it to cart and then go through the whole process again and re-select them to add more. getting your cell phone connected to the machine can be really glitchy. The app or the website can take an hour to send the photos through. I ended up printing about 80 photos with two photos on each page and half of the photos had half of the information missing. If you want to edit the photos it won’t go to the latest photo you added. You can’t tell which photo you’re editing and so if it’s the wrong photo that you selected to edit, you can’t go back because it will delete everything you’ve done. You just have to add to cart again and risk getting charged twice. It took me three hours to print my photos.

I was concerned to be in the changing rooms and see a security camer a reflected in the mirror. (The changing rooms have no roof). I raised my concerns with the changing room staff member, she said she would raise it with her manager. Not an answer! So I went to customer service and she said it had a plastic shield over it. I went back to have a look, but no shield was obvious. I rand the customer service phone and they said the changing rooms are electronically blacked out. I do believe this 3rd explanation but still feel it is super dodgy and could be manipulated or abused by staff to their advantage. Just put a ceiling on guys. Its a much more trusted option.

Bought a trackpant. And saw its made of polyester(plastic). Trackpants are for exercise why would you sell that product that is made up of plastic? It does not absorb sweat, and its really bad for health. Guys pls stay away from polyester clothings. I dont know why warehouse has stooped so low just to save a few bucks. Pls have clothes that are more organic instead of made up of plastic. Its horrible.

My partner went to buy a usb stick, simple you'd think. She made the mistake of being black apparently. Was followed around the store and harassed by security needlessly. Will be going to the media about this.

My experience recently was very dissapointing due to some issues with rude staff she has reddish coloured hair in a bob. I was asking for some directions politely when she turns around and says β€œcan you leave me alone I’m in the middle of something” as she was standing in an aisle doing nothing. She said this very rudely and scowled at me which made me feel very upset with the way I was treated. I truly believed that I was going to come out as a happy customer when entering the warehouse. I did not. After this incedent I felt embarrassed and left the store as I did not feel like a welcome customer to the warehouse anymore. I hope the staffing can improve.

Went into the store to look for a particular item, online said available. Asked the lovely gentleman at the self serve checkout for assistance. He rang another colleague to come help. Charlotte was rather rude and when I said I'd be back at the aisle the item should be she acknowledged with an okay and walked off to check out back like she didnt care or was annoyed she had to do something. After waiting for about 10-15mins in the aisle we found something else we could potentially use after some modifications and advised the guy at self checkout she didnt come back to me, he handed me the item and said she dumped it there. She was very resistant to actually wanting to assist me. Rather disappointed in her service.

Bought an appliance there yesterday and needed help to get it to my car. A wonderful staff member - Natalie - was a great help. It was a pleasure visiting there because of her professional and friendly attitude.

A big The Warehouse with a large selection of items. Decent prices and a very big car park. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to access from both sides of Blenheim Road. Open till midnight.
