   I am extremely disappointed. They had the sliced saved ham on offer last Monday at a 20% discount ($1.44 instead of 1.80 per 100grams. However, they did not apply it to my 500grams of ham because as per their sayings the offer had been expired the day before . Also, I was waiting to be served for ages .Even though I had pressed the service button twice nobody appeared to serve me. I had to find a manager and ask for their attention. He noticed a lady from the staff to come to serve me. This lady was working back at the storage and came up front to help me with my order. However, she did not change her gloves and even though first she bagged a portion of the ham she continued adding extra ham by handling it with her gloves. A real risk of potential cross contamination!!!!! Please avoid that store. Definitely not recommended.

   I frequently shop at Woolworths Rolleston. Most of the time I end up being served by a grumpy lady who makes the whole experience quite unpleasant, so today was a refreshing change. I received amazing service from the cashier Hinadi. She was so lovely, patient, and genuinely helpful, even making sure I maximised my rewards points. Thank you, Hinadi, we need more people like you!

   Shopped at Woolworths Rolleston last week with my baby and had a great experience. I prefer cashier checkout as I have a baby in my hands and always have a great experience with beautiful staff helping me at checkouts. But this last shop Sagar made my day. He was very friendly, he actually cared about my groceries so he packed them very well so nothing gets squished etc. He showed me how to use boosters in the app so I could receive more points and save more in the future. I really appreciate his service and will come back as these kind of days stay in the memory and brighten the week.

   I've become increasingly more frustrated with this store. Price increases are a sign of the times, however rotten fruit, items not labelled with pricing surely is not. The tip of the iceberg tonight was struggling to make my way around the towers of products being left in front of shelves, which no doubt will be dealt with soon however I spent most of the time moving boxes to get to items on the shelf.....every isle was the same. Watching the staff pushing a trolley around and literally shoving boxes off onto the floor with his foot! There was no room for customer to make their way through some areas. I've stuck to shopping here over the past 18 months regardless of it steadily declining as its our local and I like to support local where possible. Unfortunately we will be going somewhere else moving forward.
