   Brought a kids bike from here, good service, helpful staff. As my daughter was riding it, a bolt on the training wheels kept coming loose (despite my best efforts to tighten it myself) this kept happening, so I took it into the store for them to tighten it. To my surprise they charged me for this service. Overall happy with my purchase, but abit disappointed being charged for that.

   Was really quick to replace a tube on my e-bike (punctured), however had issues after with what felt like a bumpy ride and took it elsewhere, found they hadn't put the wheel on properly (not beaded correctly). Frustrating to have good service but then fail on the actual repair Edit in response to shop reply: the wheel has now been correctly fitted by another repairer, took him about 20 mins of wrestling with it, but was an obvious error in the work done in replacing the tube. It's now sorted, thanks.

   I had a really bad encounter with one of the employees named Scott. His attitude was absolutely awful and he started shouting at customers for no reason. This is simply unacceptable and I won't be returning any time soon.

   Went to this store for advise and help with a rear tyre puncture for my ebike as this is where my normal guy sent me as he is self isolating with COVID, and being a women I thought they would offer some assistance and advice on what I needed to do, instead I got told we can’t help you. Absolutely rude and obnoxious staff (Scott was his name) I was prepared to spend the money to get my tyre fixed plus products required to do this myself should the need arrive again but they were not interested. Needless to say I would not recommend these guys for anything, especially if you are a woman. This is the store at the Base, Hamilton, I will not grace there doorstep again. So much for supporting local businesses

   The store was very empty because it was lunch time. I am very new to the mountain bike scene. Unfortunately I didn't get the store helper but let's say he has very good life experience. He recommended a good bike and helmets for a very fair price for the product. Much to my surprise we bought the bike that day. They let me test drive the bike and gave some advice on what to do when I got the bike. Overall great customer service and fair prices.
