   They won’t let you exchange or return items if they were purchased with Apple Pay. I was never informed about this before making the purchase and neither of the staff seemed eager to help.

   Heaps of stock but not anything we wanted. Little to no usefull help. Left with nothing but dissapointment. To balance this we tried there fort he third time so the new grandy get to wearing baby wool from a helpfu l " other" shop.

   This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star, 1 star is being generous. Every time I’ve come to this store I’ve not once left with a good positive experience. Terrible customer service by your shop attendant Bernadette when asked where an item is she has responded with “I don’t get paid to do that, you have to look for it yourself and then bring it back to me” this is not acceptable customer service. What’s the point in your sales assistants and wearing a work uniform apron to say they happy to help when they don’t even bother to help you. Also proceeds to over charge me by $30 and doesn’t even apologise for her mistake. Won’t be coming back, will shop elsewhere from now on which is a shame as your store is my local craft store. Very disappointed.
