“Yesterday, I went to buy a pair of sandals at Skechers Northlands Mall. When I arrived, there was another customer ahead of me, but Hasmin greeted me warmly. She let me look around while she attended to the other client. When I asked her for my size, she quickly assisted me. Hasmin was very friendly and even complimented the pair I had chosen. I had a wonderful experience at this branch and would gladly return to be helped by their staff again in the future.”

“To be honest I have never shopped in Mi Piaci but whenever I am shopping in dressmart I will visit the shop and check out to see if I liked anything. Recently I visited few times and found Sera very helpful. She greeted me with a warm welcome and lovely smile and asked if I need any help. While I was trying different shoes she recommended me few other designes that would fit me nicely. She made sure I was not pressured to buy just any shoes. With the support of Sera I end up buying a nice pair of shoes which I am very happy with.Thank you Sera, you are amazing.”

“Excellent experience at St Luke's Hannah's today. I had tried a shoe at a different branch but they didnt have my size. I phoned St Luke's and they put 2 pairs aside for me to try. When I arrived the shoes were ready and waiting and it made for a quick and easy purchase. The salesman was very friendly & helpful. There was also a larger selection of shoes than the other branch.”

“I never leave reviews, but this was needed. Like others, in the past I have gone into this shop and found not the best welcome, but no anymore. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. This has been from multiple staff on different occasions recently. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience.”

“Hillcrest Fresh Supermarket is hands down the best place in Hamilton for fresh fruits and vegetables. Their prices are way better than the big chains, and the quality is always top-notch. I love that I can get all my Indian groceries and international items in one go. Their weekly specials-especially on eggs and bread-are the cheapest I've found. Definitely my go-to for my weekly grocery shop!”
