    The energy in the store was just so off. The two girls working were standing around looking completely emotionless, and it felt really uncomfortable having them just stare at me. When I went up to purchase something, there was no greeting and no “thank you” after the payment went through. Honestly, if I didn’t need the item so badly, I would’ve walked out. Do better girls.

    very awkward and uncomfortable experience. workers were just standing around, and werent welcoming at all. never like coming here because of the workers and their attitude. no shock theres other bad reviews.

    the pacific islanders are very lovely but the white young lady was very rude to me!! don’t recommend her as a sales person but the everyone else was warm and kind.. ❤️

    I’ve given 5 stars for Jed @the Manukau branch who was soooo helpful today, an item was missing from my order and I was literally in tears because it was meant to be a xmas gift for someone but because Jed was willing to help me straight away, I was so GRATEFUL and really APPRECIATED the way he helped me solve the issue and took away my frustration (last minute christmas gift wrapping is NOT recommended lol) THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH JED!     I bought some shoes from here. They were short staffed but they did a great job and I didnt feel like i had to wait long for help. It's a big store and has room to try the shoes on. They have a great selection. I would recommend coming here to take a look and see if they have what you need. The only bad thing is you have to pay for a paper bag. This doesn't seem right if you are buying something expensive. And 50 cents seems like alot for a bag.
