   This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here, and unfortunately it involved the same older lady who was extremely rude. The first time, I purchased two pairs because I had already tried them on and the young female staff was lovely. I only returned because the location is convenient, but once again was met with poor attitude and disrespect, so we walked out straight away. If someone is that unhappy dealing with people, customer service might not be the right role. I’ve noticed others have had similar experiences, which is a real shame—this store could have been a great, convenient option for many. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

   Really helpful and friendly staff. I’d mistakenly thought an online discount applied in-store, but the team worked their magic on the computer and still honoured the discount. Great service!

   Terrible customer service . I went into the store not long before closing. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted rudely and snapped at with “we close in 5 minutes ma’am” By my watch it was 7 minutes. In any case It was very unwelcoming it made me feel like I was a nuisance rather than a paying customer. They didn’t have what I wanted as apparently didn’t sell enough of them. No surprise with that attitude. The older lady that works there needs to learn some lessons in customer service that’s for sure. I won’t be back.

   Thursday are not open to 8pm. Hannah’s website shows that is open to 8pm like Maps but they close at 5:30
