Saturday 29th of November around 12 pm the staff were so rude to me and the way they were speaking was not nice. The lady with the red hair at the bottom was polite, everyone else was speaking to me in such a rude way, while all I was trying to figure out was if they bought me a new pair and if there is a sale.

After shopping in this store on Thursday night brought 2 pairs on shoes, I had been given some cash as a present which is still legal tender in this country which they refused to take when went to pay. The girls were sub par helpful one particular was really uninterested but could clearly see my outrage of not taking my cash as payment for the shoes, massive inconvenience, but store staff just kept pointing to a sign at the till , who reads things like that when you are looking at stock in store . Went back to today Friday to buy some boots that had $70 off and explained I had a voucher to the lovely girl today that helped me was super helpful.Sanraj happy helpful nice to deal with . Brought another pair of boots today as I purchased the boots I explained again about the voucher on file she was about to explain further that it could not be used on same discount deal another women with long blonde hair came out unpleasantly talking over the conversation in the most unpleasant manner . I did not appreaciate her input and sure did not need it being stated in way that was unpleasant and it felt like in way YOU GET NO FURTHER DISCOUNT SO DONT TRY. I made myself known to her I did not like her interference as the sales women was handling it but in a pleasant way . Her reply i was “only trying to help” I stated it was not needed and her manner and tone did not at all seem helpful more like giving the hard word around getting further discount that was sitting on my account . As i was walking out of the store I looked back the 3 sale ladies on today were clearly all gossiping about the situation Not nice at all will have to find a better shoe store to shop in Sadly not much of a selection of shops in Botany for shoes .
Amazing shoes in store! The team that day was well mannered and very polite, was served by Kitty and she was great. She helped my husband and I on a Saturday and we took a pair each on the 20% storewide sale. She took her time with us even though we were a pain and she came with so many boxes. My husband and I will shop again :)
Great experience shopping. The staff helped me as soon as I walked in. They were well informed on their products. I wanted a shoe but they didn't have it in store. So they checked their system for me and found it in another store. They had me try on a shoe of the same cut so I could get my exact size (luckly they did because in needed a size larger in this style than i usually do). And I paid for them in store and they shipped them free to my house. Just got them after 2 working days and they look amazing. Thank you :)

Terribly rude staff member. Stared at me as I walked in but could not manage a smile or a hello. Only said hello once I had said it.
