A couple of weeks ago, I visited the store with my baby. Katniss was super helpful, sweet and even entertained my baby while I tried something on. Truly the best service l have had in NZ at high end stores
Unbelievably rude staff (especially the manager Nancy), what happened to the high standard of customer service and product knowledge I experienced in the European branches? Both are absent from the Auckland storeβ¦.
I had a great experience at this shop. The layout is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it a pleasant shopping environment. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Completely agree with the previous review. We had a very similar experience. My husband and I were looking for a gift for my mother who loves Burberry. The security man followed us around the store and the shop assistant refused to make eye contact or to serve us. Again, the door had been locked behind us. We also will never be purchasing this brand again. Disgusted with the attitude. Would give zero stars if we could.
Just had the worst customer service experience in my life at the Newmarket store. Shocking customerservice and rude attitude makes me never want to shop. We are a two professionals from Christchurch and always used to buy Burberry online. We decided we will never buy the brand again. As soon as we entered the shop they were right behind us following closely and when we were leaving we found that they had locked the door. That's extremely disgusting, RACIST and insulting. We don't even want to give the shop one star rating.
Visited burberry store and my experience was fantastic. The collection is amazing and the store person Sabrina was very helpful. She helped me and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend to ask for Sabrina when visiting the store. She is very warm and friendly.
We walked in the shop and waited around 10 minutes, thereβs no sales asking if we need any help or not. Thereβs an Asian sales standing in right front us and got nothing to do but she just pretend she didnβt see us at all. Then I approached to other sales then she didnβt served us but served the other group of customer! Zero customer service. All we want are buying things but they just donβt care at all!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Store has a very good layout with top notch customer service. Variety of high quality clothing. Received all the information I needed.
