   Went to Bayfair specifically to exchange Christmas gifts for a different size. Had receipt. Refused to exchange due to it being Boxing Day. Nowhere was it written on the website or on the receipt that there wouldn’t be exchanges on Boxing Day. They weren’t even that busy. Pretty poor effort. Last time I’ll be shopping at Stirling Sports.

   The worst customer service I have ever received. Asked for a size for a shoe and was told it was the last one. Asked if it was in any other colour and her reply was told that if it’s not on the wall then no. I then asked if they knew and was told NO sarcastically. I walked out and could hear laughing. There was nothing only one other customer there so didn’t look like she couldn’t take the time to look. Staff did not look representative of anyone I would find in a sports shop. I’m was confused as to who was working there. Will not go there again

   Customer service was disgusting!! I was looking for t-shirts for myself. When I asked the Retail Assistant for help, she looked at me as if I had covid and in a dumb voice she said 'sorry??' "they're over there' (abruptly). DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. LUCKY I WASN'T MYSTERY SHOPPING. This store would have scored very low!!

   Always leave happy when I shop at this store. The staff make sure you're looked after and go out of their way to do so. Theres a great selection for children, woman & men. Very happy with the service and product at Stirling Sports Bayfair.
