   I have been into Robe twice lately and the help and advice I received from the staff was outstanding! The range of clothing is awesome, and a great range of prices. The ladies all listened to me and couldn’t have been more helpful, even the other customers in there helped. It was a great shopping experience, thank you lovely ladies! North Canterbury is lucky to have you.

   I emailed this shop, asking them to hold a dress for me for 7 days as I needed to try it on but was not able to get there sooner. They responded that I would have to purchase the dress on line (as they had only 1 in stock) which I did. I chose to pick up in 7 days. Upon pick up I discovered the dress was a small, instead of XL as requested at first in my email. I may have made a mistake when on line ordering, and the staff may have not connected my email with my on line order. Upon pick up (on 7th day) the sales lady made me feel very bad, insisting I had ordered a small dress and I had messed up the order. It was her aggressive tone, which was very uncomfortable for me, a new customer. She was definitely not there to enhance my customer experience or to make light of an error which could have been on either side. The larger size dress did not fit. Had the woman been more gentle, I would have possibly purchased another dress there, but felt bruised by the accusative tone so didn't purchase at all. I was told my online refund would definitely be put through that afternoon, but 2 days later it is not in my account. There is a lot of room for customer service improvement here. The stock was plentiful, colorful and varied however.

   I never leave reviews, but this was needed. Like others, in the past I have gone into this shop and found not the best welcome, but no anymore. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. This has been from multiple staff on different occasions recently. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience.

   I really liked the items and layout of the store, and was very interested in purchasing a bag. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and the staff member at the counter didn’t say hi to me once or ask if I needed assistance. I made eye contact with her and smiled and she gave me a rude look back. This really put me off buying the item as I didn’t feel welcome in the store. It’s a shame as it’s a lovely store and I would like to go back but I think the customer service could improve.

   Terrible experience online shopping from this store. Brought a dress for $130. The dress was smaller than usual for the size and did not fit. I asked if I could return it for a store credit & was denied (they said they do not except returns on sale items). I then asked if I could swap the dress for another sale dress & pay for postage (i.e., no cost to them). To this, they simply ignored my email. Now I am stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit - really upsetting. I recommend not shopping at this store. Clearly, they do not care about their customers.

   A number of times I have walked into this store needing an outfit for a specific occasion. The ladies are always really friendly and helpful. Every time I have walked away happy with an outfit. I've never been rushed into buying something I'm not quite comfortable with, they actually take their time to help find an outfit. Great range of clothing and excellent quality too.

   Purchased several times here over last few years but never again. Most recent parcel was accidentally delivered to other side of city which was easily remedied, but the assumptions and essentially the accusations thrown at me in regards to this were appalling, nor at any one time did this business offer a hint of an apology, as the merchant I chose to buy from, for the inconvenience to me. This is a very good example of a shop that is all kisses and hugs while making sales but any issues, you'll very quickly be exposed to their real side.

   Robe is a really lovely addition to the Rangiora High Street - the store itself is just beautiful, whoever does the merchandising deserves a gold star! It stocks all of my fave brands, with a particularly great range of Betty Basics. I love that you can shop online and pick up in store - the online customer service was super helpful and quick to respond to my enquiry.
