   From the minute I walked into the store, the woman looked at me like I was a nuisance. There was no welcome, she showed no enthusiasm or interest in even seeing what was in the bag I was holding. I showed her & dhe said "no, not intersted". I left & went to Collectibles Revamped in Moray Place who were extremely welcoming & pleasant to deal with. I will never go back to Inside Out for any reason.

   Nice shop with a large range. Staff wasn’t very accomodating, made us feel uncomfortable following us around the store without offering assistance. Treated criminally? Wish we could have a better experience here.

   I'm a bit torn here. A) Should I give a truthful review and let everyone know just how excellent the clothes are and how friendly and helpful the staff are? I've been here a number of times over the years and am always a happy shopper. OR B) Should I give a 1 star 'nothing to see here, keep away' review... and try to keep this gem and all the great used clothes a secret to those already in the know?? I'll go with Karma, 5 Stars all the way!

   Retail attendant wasn't interested in offering us any help and was more interested in trying to sell to another customer who didn't seem to want her attention at all.. I guess that's because we looked like we just stepped out of the gym .. that's what tourists who have cash to spend usually look like lovey. Try treating all customers with respect and maybe you'll get some better reviews. Good luck

   Won’t refund a torn garment or even look at it I know it was cheap on the sale rack, probably op shops don’t but what’s worse is having a rude sales lady who want even greet a customer. Not every customer who comes in ur shop is poor that’s the impression I got !

   A surprise find, some nice second-hand designer clothing to be found here at reasonable prices. Especially impressed to find a selection of designer menswear here. Helpful staff, not pushy.
