   We were on our way out from Merivale shop after a very unpleasant experience from another suit store. We saw 3 wise men and stopped over to check and oh boy, the services were impeccable! Brendon was very patient and helpful. His costumer service skills were amazing! It made a huge difference in making us feel more at ease and welcomed. Thanks Brendon! You are a blessing!

   Just been to 2 Wise men Merivale and the lady there was extremely professional. Nothing was a bother. As well as looking after me she had other customers in and served them as well as me. Wow! talk about multi tasking. She was great only I have forgotten her name. Sunday 18.2.24. (so manager knows when I was in) But if the manager reads this he should be proud of this lady, she is incredible at her job and goes over and above what I have never seen much of before today. I felt like I was royalty being looked after. Well done and I will be back. Congratulations 3 WISE MEN

   We have just received the best service from any retail store I have shopped in in Christchurch. Marsha, who works at 3 Wise Men in Merivale deserves huge recognition for her fantastic service. I cannot say enough good about her and how much of an asset she is to 3 Wise Men!!!

   Your store seriously needs to look into your customer service. Sales staff is arrogant and give almost no attention to the customers. After a couple of bad experiences, I decided to just walk away and did the shopping from another store in the same mall.

   The younger of the two women serving was in the snottest mood & was downright rude & unpleasant. She had a real attitude problem. We heard her treat another customer before us exactly the same. The older of the two women deserve a promotion for treating us so nicely & putting up with the other ladies' foul attitude. The clothing is good.

   very disappointed with the service , i went into merivale store to return a recent purchased item and staff advised that item couldnt be returned as this was bought online and paid by afterpay have to say service was a complete disgrace Return policy as per the 3wisemen website Can’t wait for a courier to pick up your items? No problem you’re more than welcome to exchange or return online orders at any 3 Wise Men store within 30 days of receipt. Click here to find your nearest store and talk to one of the 3 Wise Men team, they will organise an exchange or refund for you. Just bring proof of purchase and all the packaging.

   Absolutely wonderful service. We didn't get the name of the person who helped us, but she was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She didn't make us feel guilty that we were still in the shop after closing time. I am one of thousands on men that is uncomfortable shopping for clothes, however I felt completely relaxed and enjoyed the experience. So much so that I came away with three trousers, three shirts, and two jerseys, and nine pairs of socks. Many thanks, I will be back!

   Nice clothes, terrible service. I'm used to dealing with 3 Wise Men in airports where the staff are professional and eager to help - not the case here. Went in on a Saturday to purchase basically a full wardrobe, got little help from the staff who seemed more interested in serving anyone who walked in in a business shirt but paid little attention to me. Left and spent $1k plus at Barkers who were much better to deal with. Nice clothes but I won't be back.
