   Very Poor Customer Service, went in to replace my car key battery when I picked it up 10mins he said all fixed, went to my car to use it and it wasn’t working. Told him he could come and have a check to make sure it wasn’t working, and asked him for a refund present the receipt and the key, and said that wasn’t his job told me to go Ford to fix the key. If he knew that he couldn’t fix the key he should’ve at-least referred me before, but no he wanted me to pay for the battery replacement even if it wasn’t working, and said no refund the battery is already being used. When I took a photo of him to make a review he said “Maam you can’t take a photo of my without my consent” well sir its a public space and its for reference to make a review of your poor service on your platform lol. RIP OFF !!!

   27th June Key broke obviously wear & tear 27th June same day. Like 4 hours later New key broke in the same place ( not sure why?) I had to pay again. Very disappointing considering I spent $200 in the store the month before for the same key getting the computer board repaired and even then they said it would cost more fix properly? Like I can't unlock the vehicle with the buttons. Will follow up with Consumer NZ.

   MOST RUBBISH SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY NZ LIFE. *made me visit 7times and took 2days off from my work. *took more than 2month to get a car smart key. (WHICH THEY SAID IT CAN BE DONE IN A WEEK) *never contact customer back *ordered wrong smart key and reordered *he scheduled me for a visit to register new smart key but he already went home on that time. (i took my work out). so i booked again on next day. *On next day I received faulty remote. So he reordered again *Today he finished the job but manual key for smart car key size is small and keep sliding out. He said it was $30 for manual key on 1st visit, and then $40 later but now when he finished he said its $60 until today we had friendly conversation and I tried not to get upset but from my last visit I couldn't take any more of their poor services and lies. DON'T USE THIS BRANCH. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. NEARLY 3MONTH FOR A KEY AND YOU STILL GETS FAULTY PRODUCT

   Had a wonderful experience when I came in to get a pen engraved as a gift. Very accommodating, great advice and so friendly. Made me feel well looked after. Did my engraving super quick too, it was beautifully done. Will definitely be back if I need similar services again.
