Make sure you read the fine print...not even an exchange for a different size is allowed if you have bought in a promotion. Tough if you are buying from another city. Guess I won't be shopping with them again or recommending them.
Unhelpful staff. They see u and just stand there chatting together and ignore you. I suggest that the owners look at the next door shoe shop and see how busy they are compared to their shop and try to learn how they treat customers. May be it will help!
Very unhelpful staff, yesterday daughter was wanting to buy some shoes but the first pair wasn't right and staff brush us off when another customer came in . Your loss we ended spending $400 + at another retailer.. won't be returning
Brought a necklace from this company it was advised as real silver and for the price I was expecting more than a dull metal necklace that turned up it doesn't even look like real silver I would highly recommend avoiding buying anything from this company that sells cheap knock off products.
Will not be spending any money in this store. I was the only person in the store and walked past two sales people who were talking amongst themselves and not once was I acknowledged or given any service. This is not the first time this has happened so I won’t be back.
Just had the best customer service can’t remember the two lady’s names but they literally felt like my friends they weren’t pushy at all and genuinely wanted to help my find a shoe that was appropriate for work. I’ll be back 100% made my day
