   To be honest I have never shopped in Mi Piaci but whenever I am shopping in dressmart I will visit the shop and check out to see if I liked anything. Recently I visited few times and found Sera very helpful. She greeted me with a warm welcome and lovely smile and asked if I need any help. While I was trying different shoes she recommended me few other designes that would fit me nicely. She made sure I was not pressured to buy just any shoes. With the support of Sera I end up buying a nice pair of shoes which I am very happy with.Thank you Sera, you are amazing.

   I was served by Amrutha, I think that is her name. Such an awesome staff member who gave great recommendations for shoes, and I bought two pairs from her! Fantastic service. I will be back on a Thursday to visit her. I can understand how it probably gets so busy on a weekend here.

   Very Very poor service, unless your buying few pairs and not on sale table then maybe you get the best service, not very helpful at all luck of customer service not coming back to purchase, very disappointing

   Very poor services, only one staff working in a busy long weekend. She was been rude when I asked about the shoe size. Very hard to get some useful information when it comes to shoes. Definitely don’t come here when it’s busy, you won’t be treated well!!!!

   First time shopping at mi piaci onehunga and definitely a big disappointment. Did not get a great treatment by the manager when I purchased my shoe but didn't think much of it. However, I live in henderson and bought a pair of shoes and felt they were painful to wear. Because mi piaci runs on different sizes than my usual ones, I felt I got the wrong size but didn't bother to return to onehunga to fix the issue as it was such a distance. Got the call by the manager earlier this week requesting to come into the store as they realized they gave me the wrong size. Happy and impressed, my husband and I drove for an hour to the store to exchange the shoes. Was told by the staff that the manager isn't around and manager told to staffs to inform me that I miscommunicated and it's my mistake so I can't return and exchange. So I drove an hour to get blamed by the manager. That it's my fault for not communicating well which is just disgusting. I'm not one to write a bad review but manager of mi piaci onehunga needs to treat customers how she would like to be treated. Not sure what's her name but she has long curly hair. Writing my experience as my complaint is aligned to how I was treated.

   went in a few weeks ago had a young lady help my fiance who was so kind helpful and patient, paris. not a lot of sizes but we ended up with two pairs anyways. rude manager (short indian curly hair), very rude to the lady helping us, didnt like the way she spoke to her staff.

   Mi Piaci is a shoe shop. Here all kinds of shoes are available for ladies. The designs are good and contemporary. Materials used to make the shoes are good. Staffs are generally good.
