   Customer service is non existent here. Everytime I come here it's the same story and today it was worse. Walked in with a shoe from the front bollard to try on, I sat right by the front counter where 3 workers stood. There were no other customers instore. I tried to shoe in, walked a bit, and returned to the seat when another couple walked in also finding a pair to try straight away. At this point I've been in the store for a fair amount of time without a simple "hello" and now this couple had the same experience. The gentleman holding the shoe eventually went up to my 13 year old niece to ask her if she worked there! Still no service, which at that point I grabbed my stuff and left. This isn't good enough. And between the 2 shopping centre's I went to over Black Friday weekend this is the only store who didn't acknowledge their customers

   Just walked in no one at the counter no customers. Tried on shoes needed a bigger size no one to help us so off to another shop to spend my money.

   Pretty average quality from the girl in the store, seemed like she was in a bad mood/ didn't want to be there, felt judged by her. I dont know but basically went in there with the goal to buy some shoes, would have tried on more and probably purchased a pair if she didn't make me feel so uncomfortable.

   Went in today to buy a voucher for a birthday gift- she puts the transaction through and said oh it didn’t load onto the voucher, she couldn’t get it to work so had to refund the $120 only to then tell us it would take a few days to appear back in our account, so we are now down $120 with no birthday gift, outstanding service there. Will take our money elsewhere when it eventually comes back to us.

   I was served by the lovely MG, he greeted me in Te reo Maori and was very accommodating. He was very patient with me while I was trying to find the correct shoe size. I had tried on 3 pairs of shoes and found the perfect pair on my fourth try. I walked out very happy with brand new shoes and socks. Keep up the good mahi MG ☺️

   Been in to this store a few times recently on the hunt for a couple of different pairs of shoes and always been welcomed and helped out by Fenton. Finally picked up some Vans slip ons yesterday. Fenton was super helpful, happy to let me try on multiple sizes and a couple of different colours. Was happy to chat and never pressured me in to buying anything, just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Hard to find people in retail who actually care about customer service any more, so it’s always nice to come across someone who delivers such fantastic service and advice. You’re a credit to your store and company as a whole Fenton. Legend status mate!! I will always make your store my first port of call when in the market for new kicks. Thank you.
