   The St Luke's Hannahs caught my eye. I wanted comfortable shoes, tried crocs. Good but, salesperson gave wrong instructions, re how little decorations, (expensive plastic), would click onto crocs. Luckily I googled, but I'd also already spent ages trying their bad idea, (thinking now - unfair pretending they knew, or was it lying on purpose as a sick joke)? Not going there again.

   Middle aged female were standing right next to us busy on her computer. No. greetings. I called her, she answered with her eyes attaching to the screen. She wanted us to leave, I felt. We asked help from the other staff, young female. Same style. She didn't respond after my enquiry: Can we please get the next size up to try on? She was checking the system for us just couldn't be bothered to talk. We were totally shocked. We usually shop at Hannahs Newmarket, always got the best service from your lovely ladies. We also bought shoes from your Albany store, never disappointed. I can't believe the service I got today is form Hannahs.

   The store manager was so impatient in dealing with customers. The approach was very bad because of the way she talked to us. We were just requesting the right shoe size, and she insisted that her staff had given us the right size already. They do not even know what customer satisfaction is. I do not recommend this shop.

   I don’t normally do reviews but was in oare with this guys attitude, Young guy at St Luke’s branch not helpful at all,I had to wait for the 2 sales assistants to stop chatting about there lunch lol , asked for 2 pairs of shoes in a bigger size ( they were both 179 a pair) he brings out a box , They were the same size I had? He asked me “don’t they fit? No!!! That’s why I asked for a bigger size??? Lol.. I asked him to check if other branches had that size, he jumped on the computer, and said no they didn’t.. overall, just young and not interested in making a sale.. he just lacked enthusiasm, seems board, and couldn’t be bothered, bit slack for this day and age.. won’t be back ,went into henderson branch and lovely young assistant there finds me the size I wanted and whoa la.. a new 2 pairs of shoes and a happy customer!! CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS, sales are what pays your wages!!!

   The customer service was terrible at the Hannah’s Newmarket Westfield store. The store only had one person working so understandably the service wasn’t fast and we were perfectly happy to wait. What was very rude was that the customer service person completely ignored us and avoided eye contact or a greeting to a level that got quite ridiculous. We tried catching her eye and finally went and stood at the counter with the shoes and still nothing. In fact the customer service person walked past us a few times and looked away from us specifically looking in the opposite direction. It was so bizzare that it was almost funny! We did end up buying two pairs of shoes but will not be going back to that store.

   Excellent experience at St Luke's Hannah's today. I had tried a shoe at a different branch but they didnt have my size. I phoned St Luke's and they put 2 pairs aside for me to try. When I arrived the shoes were ready and waiting and it made for a quick and easy purchase. The salesman was very friendly & helpful. There was also a larger selection of shoes than the other branch.

   They didn't have my size in stock so they placed an online order. I was impressed that it was ready to be collected the next day. But this size was a bit too small. Their salesperson - Robson was so helpful throughout both visits. His wise suggestions and tips helped me make the right choice. 5/5 stars for his customer service!!

   Ordering the correct size shoe as per the customer's request, without expecting the customer to pay for the shoes in advance should be part and parcel of the service provided. This was not the case at Hannah's St Lukes. Very disappointing. The shop assistant was pretty adamant about store rules in this regard and wasn't willing to budge. She lost a sale in the process for a pair of shoes that weren't cheap. So, her rigid stance made no sense at all.
