“I love love love hippo health. This winter I decided to try thrush plus for our 29 years old mare who has suffered from bad thrush for a long time .I gta say we have tried a lot of products for her and was always able to keep it at low risk but it was always there lurking ready to come back at the first sign of bad weather and mud. This winter has been a game changer there is little to no sign of thrush in all four of her hooves she is a lot happier not sore at all and I love how easy it is to give ,no more picking feet out in the pouring rain to apply powders and all manner of treatments ending up soaked and covered in mud. This product has worked wonders and I have combined with healthy hooves and mud and rain and I am impressed. I will definitely be keeping a supply in my tack room.keep up the great work.”

Most of the staff know him and always fuss him.I also like washing him here because I can use as much water and dry him off without running out of time like most places do and your not on a time limit . My dog is very long-haired, and it takes me nearly 1 hour to dry him. And my dog comes out smelling beautiful. I would recommend getting your pooch washed here. 100%”

My Golden Retriever is extremely anxious in most public situations but after a few minutes in the warm water alongside a shampoo and conditioner rinse, she had calmed down. My only criticism is that the doggy hair dryers aren't world class, but still do the job!”

The store is great. They are great, I have been a regular "pet.co.nz" customer since 2018, and they were great, but since they have merged with Petstock the service has been even better, from replacing faulty items right away, to amazingly fast shipping! I was blown away my last purchase, I live in a rural area, and usually would get my order 3 days later at best, which is understandable, but this time I ordered my large breed puppy's special food like usual, in the afternoon, and the next early morning it was here!! “5 star review for the lovely young Pasifika woman (apologies I didn't catch her name but wanted to make sure she was identified) who assisted me on the 25th of June around approx 5/6pm with my dehumidifier. I brought in my dehumidifier (almost at 2 years old) due to electrical faults and concerns, wanting to check my warranty and if I could get some help. Initially I was assisted by an older lady who misunderstood my request thinking I was after a return/refund, after I had specifically asked for some help with my machine that had sparked when I plugged in & was wanting to know if it was still under warrant and/or if someone could help fix it. She then proceeded to tell me I needed a receipt even after I showed my online contact with Mitre 10 noting the staff could call the shipping store upon arrival to assist and get the receipt details as it was an online order, but she told me to ring the store myself. As I went outside to grab the machine from my car & brought it back in with my daughter, I hear the woman telling the young lady I was after a refund/return which was in fact untrue, I quickly corrected her and this is where the young lady came in and helped me out. As I purchased online there was no physical copy but she was super helpful as I showed her the email contact with Mitre 10 & online details i could provide, The young lady got the initial staff member to call up the shipping store and was just super helpful and sorted it out fast and efficient. Great customer service, attentive, listened to what I needed and I was able to get a replacement as I was still within my 2 year warranty. The difference in service was visible & I think shes a great example of perfect customer service. Thank you very much to this young lady- approachable, super helpful and super happy with the outcome.”
