   Really disappointed with the groom service and pricing. After having a great experience at the Henderson branch we expected the same experience this location. They have different pricing and service levels. This location has an external groomer working within Petstock. They don’t follow the Petstock pricing which is confusing as you book in through the Petstock website. The groomer charged nearly double what we usually pay for our dog.. after I showed them the website pricing we were begrudgingly offered a discount. I’ll travel further to Henderson for our next groom.

   I have tried multiple places for my Maltshi grooming but this is the best place hands down. He is always happy to go, never stressed when I collect him, and perfectly groomed every time to how I have asked. I dont like him cut too short but still a little fluffy, he is always just perfect. Thank you for the best grooming and taking such good care of my doggo

   Some awesome, and very easy to use pet cleaning stations! My Golden Retriever is extremely anxious in most public situations but after a few minutes in the warm water alongside a shampoo and conditioner rinse, she had calmed down. My only criticism is that the doggy hair dryers aren't world class, but still do the job!

   Even though the NZ website states you can get a refund if you have your debit card statement. They refuse a refund even though they are advertising those terms. Have been loyal customers for years, but after today’s experience I would be wary of going back. Manager needs to smile and be happy, seems depressed to be working there.

   Typically receive great service here, however I’ve just visited and experienced terrible service from the lady at the counter. I’ve had a sick kitten for several days, and was asking about easy to digest food. She seemed annoyed, had no care or concern, and provided no information or help whatsoever, simply repeated over and over she couldn’t sell me prescription food. I was unsure if what I needed was prescription or not, I didn’t specifically ask for prescription food, but she gave me no information about what I could purchase nor any advice. I decided to just get out of there and buy elsewhere. When I told her I was confused at that I would just buy elsewhere and she offered no apology nor attempt to help me find something suitable for my sick kitten.

   Nice big store and well stocked. Moved to this area recently so first time here for my poodle, he required a full groom and trim, I gave details of what I required plus emphasised he needed a trim, not to short as it is winter. When I collected him he looked very nice but cut far too short, in fact it is a summer cut, also charged $10 more than I have paid elsewhere so a little disappointing.
