   Great place to come in and grab a bargain. Heaps of stock. Lots of carparks. Busy place. Great stock levels. Service at the counters was great and when entering and exiting. Most of the staff were busy.

   Good long operating hours. I go past here on the way to work so it's easy to call in for anything I might need. Love the Peezy pads for my dogs. My dogs love coming for a trip to Bunnings. I personally have always found staff reasonably helpful and I've never really had a problem with anyone. Good range and prices are competitive with other hardware stores.

   Went to buy a chain for my chainsaw. Asked a young fella for help, while polite, I could tell he didn't really know what he was doing. Went to get plants came back and saw JEFF in the isle. Bunnings give the man a pay rise, knowledgeable, straight up, friendly and gave me a breakdown of the chain size, gauge and links needed. He even counted the links with the old chain I took in. Bloody brilliant Jeff

   We were regular customers at Bunnings Te Rapa, we brought a bunch of tools, shelving for the garage, and plywood, but the plywood wouldn’t fit in the car. We had discussed with Trade Team and also with a Store Manager, if we could pick it up another time. They were okay for us to come pick up another time. My husband became unwell, so I went to let them know that we were not able to pick it up. They said it’s okay “You can come whenever you are able to pick up”. I came in a few more times to let them know I don’t have a car to fit it also I ask the staff to write a note that I came a few times, but the team on shift said sorry we can’t write a note or do things because the account is not yours. And when my husband did come in, he didn’t have his ID as he had lost it, they said we needed his ID. They said No can’t do anything about it without your ID and power pass. We showed them our receipts and transaction on our phones to match the receipt. Eventually, when he got his ID back, we went in, we apologized for taking time, but the staff there treated us as though we were not genuine and instead as scammers, thieves. We didn’t appreciate that they were treating it as an issue of integrity and we have noticed they're talking behind our back. I got a call from Kacey I mentioned that we couldn’t pick up the plywood she said you can come anytime to do that. Her calling was just to mention that she will be helping us in the future. I was shocked to find out from Deepika staff member that Kacey denied talking to me regarding plywood.

   Bunnings Te Rapa is where I mostly go and the experience has been good. Staff are friendly and most times I've been able to find help with the things I was looking for. Only real con is the slow checkout and the self services being closed most of the times - handy for when you have to get few quick things and you're out. It also has Load N Go vehicle hire which is a nice service. Hire a vehicle, pack your things and take it home - fair pricing too

   Came in to buy a water blaster with a specific German model in mind. The salesperson advised to go for a Danish brand instead, which was cheaper, came with a longer hose and more accessories and had a better pump (aluminium vs plastic). Sorry I don't remember your name but a big thank you anyway.
