Amazing Dairy near the top of Cuba street. Always stocked with necessities, unique snacks and open late, which is ideal in the city, and the owner is always super nice!
Went to put money on my snapper here, they took my money, but didn't put the credit on the card. When I went back later, after catching the bus & seeing the amount hadn't been added, the old guy there was really rude and dismissive. Thankfully Snapper customer service sorted it out, but the fault was with the store not knowing what they were doing. DON'T try to update your snapper here they are useless and rude and incompetent.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went in one evening and the guy behind the counter barely acknowledged my existence. Scanned my item, didn't even say the price, paid, I said thank you and he continued looking away and talking on his phone
