“I noticed so many poor reviews, and they didn’t seem fair so I wanted to add my own. I brought my dog in and ended up having an overnight stay. Was it expensive? Yes. It’s an emergency, after hours clinic- I expect it to be costly. Did I wait a long time? Yes, there were other animals that needed higher priority care. Did they take good care of my boy at the end of the day? Yes. I interacted with MANY staff members and they were all kind, empathetic, and genuinely cared for me and my dog. They broke down the cost of things and added up the prices at every step to let me know where we were at and what my options were. When my dog had to be admitted over night they let me stay with him as long as I needed and gave me tissues and offered me the kitchen to make a hot drink. I got to see how the girls in the back talked to the other animals there and I was comforted knowing I could leave my boy with them because he would receive that same quality of care. They assured me over and over that they would call if anything happened or that I could come back at any point in the middle of the night. And they did. At the end of the day- nobody wants to have to have a pet emergency. Nobody wants to spend $1000 and wait hours in a clinic. But the staff here were so wonderful and I appreciate every single one of them for how they treated me and my boy.”

“I ♥️chemist warehouse one thing I would like to suggest however is they have a lot of trouble receiving over the phone credit card payments and could look at resolving this problem, it should be easy to do. The staff are friendly and helpful though and I like the range of supermarket price range beauty goods.”

“Every experience I have had at The Crossing Pharmacy and in all dealings with the staff that work there (the staff I have personally spoken to are Leah, Cynthia & Tash), has been absolutely fantastic! They are not only knowledgeable and helpful (which can be rare at other Pharmacy’s) but they show genuine care and kindness while doing it. No question is a stupid question and they are more than willing to take time to explain things in a way that’s clear and concise. If you want a friendly atmosphere where they go out of their way to help you and you can see they enjoy doing so, then this is the place to go!! I highly rate this Pharmacy!
