   Every time I come in, no matter what day or time, the line at the checkouts is long and moves slowly. They usually only have two people on even though there are enough checkout lanes for way more. The staff look exhausted trying to keep up, and they end up dealing with frustrated customers when it’s not even their fault. It just comes across as really poor management.

   Really friendly staff. When we couldn't find something and asked, the staff member left what they were doing and showed us exactly where it was. We are not used to this level of service in Australia

   Staff are super lovely especially the check out operators. Shelves are stocked and presentable. Think this new world would benefit with a little self check out if us people who are purchasing less then 5 items could use as there fast checkout is barely open

   What a rip off. My partner shopped today and spent $39.35. He was only given one promo sticker and was not even offered the chance of spending an extra 65 cents to bring it up to 2 stickers. They never take into consideration the extras spent there that do not qualify for a sticker.

   Never before in my life have I been asked to open my handbag at a supermarket, especially as small as it was. Makes me think its not a safe area to shop, makes shopping there an unpleasant experience. The only thing this place has going for it is the staff are nice.

   What an expensive dump. Stop stealing from your locals and they might stop stealing from you. Your policy of customer searches are humiliating for both customer and staff.

   I didn't show my bag on priniciple, as I'm not a thief- and now I can't return, apparently. Small loss, as its a stretch to even call it a "Super" Market-- It's both small and pricey, and doesn't seem to get restocked often enough. Several times I have found basic items out of stock.
