Check the best before dates, they consistently sell meat that is expired or st its best before date, bad quality, probably the worst sausages and mince in Hawkesbay if not NZ. You may save 5dollars but you will throw half the meat away just because this place is rubbish
Visited today, the staff member was fantastic. Wandering through the shop though was like attending the Olympics, based on the foreign meat that stocked most of the shop. Meat from Poland, Australia, Canada, Germany the list goes on. What stunned me were the Canon meatless dog bones for $30 each, good lord, they used to be free!
Amazing service from a young gentleman with black hair. Super friendly and helped me find lambs fry when I couldn't find them. If your ever lost on a Sunday look for him and he has your back. Workers definitely need a raise.
Just thought I'd give a shout out to the lovely owners and staff of this fine establishment. I shop here weekly or sometimes more when there great mid week specials pop up. I am always happy with the quality of meat they offer. What ever you need, they have it or they will endeavor to make sure your needs are met. Come on people support your local as they are great supporters of our community.

I Regret Not doing this letter Ages ago, but I just have to do it NOW, because when I was Falsely accused of stealing in MADBUTCHER, Carlyle st, NAPIER shop, right from the time that Living nightmare happend to me that Terrible Horrible day, it. REALY affected me Badly! I cried alotta tears, over the humiliation and dispicable disgusting False attack on me! They NEVA said SORRY , and that hurts an disgusts me!!β! M
