   A lot of reviews here have mentioned the exorbitant prices in this op shop. The typical response to all these reviews is "If you do find a higher priced item it is usually because it is a branded item of good quality" but as many here have said, used dirty shoes for $50+ and k mart and warehouse clothes for double RRP does not fall into that category. Most recently seen a SEED heritage dress for $80. Yes, the dress was new with tags RRP 189, but it was a few seasons old and went on sale for $59 at SEED... the charity shop price 20$ over the last selling price in store. They respond with platitudes like - we have to make as much as possible for our animals- but the reality is I see many of the same items week in week out. Hardly anyone is buying at these prices so I doubt they're making much money at all! Go across the road to Recycle Boutique where you can far better brands at less than half the price of SPCA, plus they are less than 2 seasons old so still in fashion! I wish whoever responds to this feedback can actually concede that they price their items way too high and that they will lower their prices in line with other charity shops.

   Only gets a 2 as good range and well laid out, friendly staff. Prices are ridiculous. $15 for every single men’s shirt - even ones that are $10 new at the warehouse etc. Books for kids $2-5 each is insane. Big shame

   Absolutely appalling experience at this SPCA store. While the clothes were nicely stacked, many items were clearly used, stained, and still outrageously priced — despite being donated for free. When I politely asked for a small discount on a stained item, the manager’s response was unbelievably rude. She shook her head, snatched the item away, and walked off without even acknowledging me properly. When I went back to ask for her name, she hesitated, clearly uncomfortable, and started making excuses, claiming she personally washes, dries, and irons every item — a blatant lie, considering half the clothes were still creased and stained. It’s disgraceful that a non-profit organisation would show such greed and treat customers with such contempt — all over a second-hand sports top. The other staff member was lovely, but the manager’s disgusting attitude completely overshadowed that. Absolutely shameful behaviour from someone representing the SPCA.

   The Op Shop has a good selection but that doesn't make it okay to try and manipulate people by charging items higher than the tags show. Making an item cost more than what the price says last minute at the counter in a harsh, unfriendly manner takes away from the SPCA's principles and values that they represent and I'm so disappointed. I hope that they improve on their authenticity in the future but after seeing another review discuss the rudeness of staff, I have little hope in the improvement of this specific store.

   The lady in there was so rude to my 4 year old daughter who was looking at the toys. She walked upto her and snatched a toy off her just to put it back on the shelf and made her cry. If she didnt want her to touch anything she should have said something instead of being rude and nasty! Do better!

   Unfortunately some of the items were really just too overpriced for what they were. I understand it's to raise money for the SPCA but prices need to be reasonable too, it is donated 2nd hand goods we're talking about here.

   Your normal charity store with help from some amazing volunteers. They need more volunteers right now. A great place for some bargains.
