   UPDATE: Store replied to my review, feigning concern & asking for more detail... Specifically detail included in my review if they'd actually bothered to read it b4 replying. Oh dear. Pros: Great selection of products. The hot chicken pieces were delicious and succulent (unlike most Night & Day stores). Prices no more extortionate than similar stores. Cons: As an exhausted business traveller grabbing a very late meal after flight delays, the last thing I needed was an obnoxious grumpy person at checkout. I was friendly & courteous - the middle-aged skinny man serving me on the night of 17th July 2025 around 11pm was not!!

   Ordered night n day through Menulog it was 1 hour later and no updates I called up asking if it’s gonna come they said no you have to pick it up even tho I ordered delivery they didn’t apologise then I asked has it been waiting there since 10:30 they said yes I said well since I ordered hot food and hot chocolate it’s gonna be cold and bad so I asked for the hot chocolate at least to be warm or remade as who wants a hour cold chocolate. But they said no your order has been sitting there for a hour like it’s my fault that yous can’t get your job done and deliver it Terrible service for the guy who was on the phone not 1 sorry for the customer guy just said pick it up nothing else

   One of the staff members came outside when I was there late at night and had a friendly chat and he offered to make fresh food instead of what was in the warmer. The hot food is actually far better than I had expected. -1 star because some stuff is really overpriced and -1 star because there's a single small bench. It would be great if you installed an extra bench or offered temporary seating or something just so if you order hot food you can sit down and eat it before it goes cold. Just be wary of evenings/nights where students drink; the place is flooded with drunk young people which creates a very specific environment you may or may not be OK with.
