   Avoid this place, in 2022 and 2024 they sold me medication that can have very serious side effects, they did not warn me about it, and they gave me an old outdated 2014 consumer medicine information sheet. The latest updated 2021 sheet has very important warnings about side effects. Visit medsafe.govt.nz for latest info before taking any medication, contact your doctor immediately if you feel unwell or have side effects. Try a different medication that has less side effects.

   The staff is just so rude. I went there to take passport pictures. The lady didn't speak, she mumbled, and was unbelievably rude, as if I asked her to give me money for the photos. Took the photos, didn't even showed them to me and didn't even say bye. Shocking!

   Normal pharmacy but the photos for passport are upstairs - unaccessible for wheelchairs and people with knee issues.

   I have recently walked in for paracetamol and it was $13 and I asked if they can match the price with other nearby pharmacies but the lady in the front counter literally snatch the pack of medicine right up from my hands. Being brown skin the look the lady gave me feeling of discrimination for sure. Would not recommend this place when you have a this type of discrimination behaviour from your staff. Asking for price match is not a crime. And this kind of demeaning behaviour should not be encouraged. I request whoever is in charge of the store management to teach their staff simple customer service and maybe basic manners?

   What great service we received this morning. This pharmacy is the only one open on the mile at 7:30am had to organise passport photos.. The pharmacist was friendly and accommodating, I’d explained that we had tried to do them ourselves and they had been declined, he took care and validated the image with the DIA. If you need passport pics he’s the man…

   I got passport photos taken for my 5 week old baby and the wonderful ladies made it so easy. I was so impressed with how quickly we got the photos. Would recommend to anyone needing photos of their baby.

   I took a passport photo here, they emailed me said “Your photo has passed all the tests required to meet the standards of your passport/visa photo.” Then my photo still has been denied by the embassy.
