   I purchased 2 tubes of ganodex cream. They arrived faulty. The cream was dry and cakey and not mixed properly. When squeezing them, an oily viscous substance would spurt out, separate to the cream. I have sent 4 emails, 1 text message, 1 facebook message and a message on their contact page and received no response to any contact. Terrible service. I will never purchase through this company again.

   I had the opportunity to speak with the pharmacy manager/owner? on multiple occasions, and I can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Its clear that they take pride in their work and in ensuring that the entire experience is as smooth as possible. If there’s ever an issue, they’re quick to resolve it, and they always go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines great customer service, expertise, and convenience all in one place. I feel confident in the care I receive here and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

   This pharmacy does not act responsibly because 1) it does not state clearly on the site next to the product that it’s not immediately available so you end up paying for it and are informed later that it will be delayed. 2) it does not arrange to have items delivered in the shortest possible time. From Parnell to Auckland CBD my order is going through Auckland City Depot and will take 6 days. A distance that is covered in 6 minutes.

   Good range of products. BUT its taken three weeks for my order to arrive. I brought items which showed in stock on the website, I was told different stories such as how they are *practioner products* so take longer to process. This I knew they were not. Eventually the truth was that they had to order one item in. I question the short use by dates on some of their vitamins, especially when comparing the same item to having brought it from another pharmacy. Something isn't quiet right.
