   Absolutely appalling experience — will never be returning. On November 9th around 3pm, I came into this store with my friend and boyfriend — we’re frequent customers and have always loved thrifting here. I found a dress I really liked, and my friend tried to help me zip it up but couldn’t manage it, so they asked my boyfriend to assist. That’s when a blonde, grayish-haired staff member (mid 50s–60s, short “pixie” haircut, glasses, wearing a black-and-white striped shirt) started making cruel and inappropriate comments toward me and my boyfriend — things like (direct quotes): “If you needed that much help to put on a dress, you shouldn’t buy it.” “You’re the kind of girl who’s gonna have to get every man off the street to help you put it on.” “So that’s the random guy you got off the street?” “So you’re making the man you got off the street pay for it?” Even after being told he was my boyfriend, she continued with the remarks until I left the store in tears. I’ve never experienced such disrespectful, judgmental, and humiliating behavior from a staff member anywhere — let alone a place I used to love shopping at regularly. She wrongfully slut-shamed me and continually harassed me. This encounter completely ruined the store for me, and I’ll be warning friends and other thrift shoppers to stay away until management addresses this staff member’s conduct.

   Such a charming thrift store! I love browsing through the carefully curated selection of clothes, accessories, and unique finds. The items are in great condition and there’s always something interesting to discover. The staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A perfect place for treasure hunters and anyone who loves sustainable shopping!

   The old lady who works here got mad at my kid for knocking something. She started yelling and being completely unprofessional would not expect this from someone who claims to be the manager. Serious action needs to be taken against her absolutely appalled by the treatment received from staff.

   The "manager" of the shop is absolutely insane. Been coming to this incredibly often for a while now but today this old lady totally disrespectful and unreasonable. My girlfriend went into the changing room to try on some shoes and a bag and the manager said that there was a mirror outside that she could use however my girlfriend said she was okay and would rather use the changing room. Old lady absolutely lost it after this she was just standing outside the changing rooms while she was in there saying things to her like "it shouldn't take this long to try on shoes" and telling her to hurry up. Old lady was clearly trying to provoke her so when she came she asked the lady what her issue and she immediately started yelling and talking down to us despite us being customers for years and coming almost every week. We left and then came back to try put in a complaint about her behaviour she then told us. That the reason she was acting like this was because my girlfriend made a face. Completely insane reason to being acting as a hostile and rude as she was. I have 0 idea how she works there and is the manager trying to speak with her was like arguing with misbehaving child she just kept yelling and screaming and being incredible disrespectful never coming back while she still works there. It's the old lady with the pink highlights she needs to be fired

   Beautiful layout styling. But the clothing quality is very poor. Stains, rips, jeans where all the elastic had gone in the leg. The staff are so nice and kids clothes well priced. But the Ladies wear is expensive and rough
