I called a second ago to ask if there was a medicine in stock, but she cut me off real fast and said 'yeah, no. no. yeah. bye.' then hung up before I could say what it was. Unsure where the hostility came from. If you're under a bit of stress or upset about something, please don't answer the phone just to take it out on someone.
I absolutely love this pharmacy. So kind and welcoming, she works so hard on her own and we appreciate her great selection of products in store. I always fine something when getting my prescriptions.
Always friendly and helpful when I have had to go down to pick up prescriptions or general meds.
Very poor customer service. Every time we've been there (which is a few) the pharmacist has been on the phone, not greeting or even looking at customers. However she did do the job and produced the goods... just could have got better service from a vending machine.
I always have a great experience picking up meds for my kids when they’re sick here. The woman who works here is kind and always helpful. Thank you!
Never recommend here. A terrible Pharmacy that bought medicine here but made a wrong purchase and asked for a refund but didn't give it back with an excuse. I'm sorry, but I think it's a common opinion that my friends don't leave such comments, but that you, a pharmacist, are unfriendly to ordinary customers. Sometimes I wish to have an attitude of collecting and reflecting on the majority opinion.
Went there today and asked the lady whether there's a certain product, she's extremely rude without a reason. Won't go there again unless really necessary.
