   Met a lovely girl named Ella Emily who was incredibly helpful. I came in wanting Sì by Giorgio Armani, and she went above and beyond. she showed me that if I bought the Intense, next time I’d save money by just purchasing the refill. Super helpful and genuine! 10/10 customer service. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you

   I just walked out of the store after dealing with a racist situation. I went to the pharmacy and was told my meds hadn’t arrived yet, so I went to the skincare aisle to check the deals and actually buy stuff like I always do since I live in the neighborhood. Out of nowhere the security guy comes up to me and tells me to leave my bag at the front of the store. I had a small hand bag and my backpack, but I have NEVER seen anyone put their bags at the front. I wouldn’t have a problem at all if there was an actual designated place to leave bags. But he literally pointed to the floor in a random spot. Why would I trust leaving my belongings there? Would you take responsibility if something happened? If even with cameras in every aisle and a security guard at the door you still feel the need to approach customers for no reason based only on the racist stereotypes in your company or in your head, then your team clearly needs better training or the manager needs better training. And seriously, right after going to the pharmacy and showing my passport, do you really think I was going to steal a one liter bottle of cream that I was literally holding in my hand? Super discreet, right? When I questioned him, the security guy who is also a person of color didn’t even know what to say, he was just following orders. When I asked about the manager, the cashier was super sarcastic and said the manager was on break. I don’t know who the manager is or who told the security to embarrass me like that, but whoever it was is racist. It is unbelievable to see this kind of behavior in 2025. If you need to rely on racist stereotypes to try to prevent theft and thefts still keep happening, maybe you are focusing on the wrong skin color. I feel sorry for all the people of color working under that person.

   Nothing changes.Went to the Chemist Warehouse to pick up prescription and also buy some cough mixture as well. Customer service level very lack lustre and when I was in a que at the counter to pay I noticed the over zealous female security person just staring at the line of people waiting to pay. Almost felt I was in for a cavity search on the way out. Try and be a bit more discreet Lady. Felt more like an potential offender than a customer. Bottom line for me the Chemist Warehouse had a large stock offering and very competitive prices but thats all it got going for it.For me its a cold clinical experience going there , dont enjoy it.

   I brought a lip gloss, when I got home it was a tester. I went back the next week to exchange. I showed receipt. But they wouldn't exchange. I have to wait until they can review the footage, because they said it's impossible to scan out a tester even though that is what happened. As a customer if I have the receipt they must refund. Obviously the footage will prove me right but I have to wait for its review and make another trip. Horrible service. Horrible manager.

   Went in looking for advice on a week old burn. I met the lovely Alma behind the prescription counter. She took the time and care to come and walk me through the best options. Stellar customer care and service. Alma is a superstar, knowledge and caring. Alma is an awesome asset to Chemist Warehouse Glen Innes.

   Absolutely terrible customer service. Purchased an item online and the item arrived hanging outside from the package. ( it was a hygiene & women's wellness related item) I tried calling them/ sent an email. Haven't got any reply and they don't answer calls either. They shouldn't get any stars and wish I can give none if I could. This is my first time writing a complaint here as I usually let go of things. However given their unresponsive nature- had to let others know to purchase things online at their own risk.

   I would prefer NO STAR if I could. One of the young asian lady pharmacist who is so rude. She is not first time to do that to me. Last time others male pharmacist asked me for help to look for the address as their computer recorded have a fews of name who are under the same address. However I thought would have a same issue. By then when I dropped off the prescription to that young lady and just face to the computer for a few seconds and nothing can see. She made the noise and show me her despised face. OMG... I don't really like her as she is not a first time. I am really feel sorry customer only can face to her not other spots in front of desk.

   I am going to be away overseas for more than 3 months and I asked my GP if I could get me enough supply for the trip. He didn't seem to think there is anything he could do to get the pharmacist to dispense more than 3 months supply. I went to Chemist Warehouse Glen Innes and told the pharmacist my situation and she was very helpful explaining to just go back to my GP and get another script marked going overseas which I did and now I got more than enough medication for my trip. Many thanks

   If I could give 0 stars I would. On the phone to 0800 number for hours which hangs up after half an hour. No reply on email or Facebook. Shipping states 2-4 been well over a week right before Mother’s Day! Chemist warehouse happy to advertise sale but as far as actually receiving the order? Customer service terrible no one picking up phones. Can’t even contact for a refund. Shocking.

   My place for medicines and supplement. Thank you for bringing in free prescription into New Zealand. The store is so big. It is always open late and I can always go there after my work hours to get my medications. So convenient. You do need to wait for a while to get your prescription drugs.
