   I just wanted to praise “Lins” wonderful & kind Customer Service. I’d just come out of hospital after having Surgery & she helped me sort out an unpaid Perscription charge, over the phone. She was very professional & kind. She then helped with a click n collect which I got my son to collect. I felt she went above & beyond & should be recognised for it. Thanks again Lin:)

   Today i had the Best service from Monique in the dispensary part of CW, she helped me find all the products i required for my sick family and was very caring and kind in her customer service and ensured I was looked after with my scripts also. Many products to choose from highly recommend this store .

   Wow what a pleasant change. My first experience at this store was horrible. 2 staff members completely incompetent. Rude and about as helpful as an exes phone number. However this visit was completely different..Emma you supper star. Helped me out with a smile and had no problem directing me to the manpons..very strange request and I was alitle nervous as I have just transitioned but she was very helpful and didn't judge me.

   Few months back, I saw one of the lovely staff was being rude to the customer. The customer was just trying to find the tester for some makeup products and picked one but that lovely staff explained her that it’s not a tester in a harsh tone saying not to open new one. Before the customer could explain her that it was already open by someone and not trying to open new one , that staff (young girl) left the scene shaking head and rolling her eyes. Seriously!!! .. this is how you behave with the customer…. Disgusted!!!!

   I use to like this place but last few experiences here I find them appulauling, went in one day to get something, was followes by security guard the entire way. What I wanted was on top shelf, I'm short, so went looking for staff member to help, couldn't find One so asked at prescription counter. They didn't want to help. Finally managed to get what I wanted, still being watched by security, paid for it, on leaving shop he asked to search my bag. . How insulting. Today rang to see if I could have my last script ready for my inhalers as I was going to pick them up, told that it expired on 12th Feb, I am in final stages of COPD & need these just to get through my day as easy as I can considering, told I had to go to doctor to get it renewed, they say they sent me tx in early January to let me no this, I honestly don't remember if they did or not but regardless it was over a month before expiration & just one tx. Why don't they send another reminder closer to the time. I'm now sitting here on Saturday with no inhalers waiting for my doctor's to open on Monday. To bad if I can't catch my breathe & drop dead aye chemist warehouse . The humidity this year has made it even harder to breathe & already had hospital stay this year because of it. You people are appauling no stars, wouldn't recommend chemist warehouse Bethlehem to anybody
