A welcome part of the Drury shopping precinct, the Capsule is a well run pharmacy offering a good range of pharmaceutical and over the counter products and prescription services. The pharmacy shares space with a post shop and kiwibank outlet. At a time when services in Drury are being ruthlessly pushed out it is hoped that this business retains it's position..

Overpriced and dishonours their labelled/marked items pricing. Purchased Nuromol 72βs - $53.30 ($36.99 at Chemist Warehouse) along with other items, not realising the price of the tabs until I walked out. Went back in to exchange for a smaller pack of 24βs to do the trick until I can get to Chemist Warehouse. The 24 tabs were priced at $7.80 not knowing the average cost. I purchased one box at what I thought was $7.80 but didnβt know I was charged $23 something as I was too busy chatting. I thought oh itβs a bargain. So I went back to buy 2 more packs because x3 packs of 24 tabs for $23.40 is better than $53.30 for 72 tabs. Once I get to the counter to pay the labelled price of $7.80 per box. The pharmacist scans the box and realises thatβs too cheap so he rips the price tags off all the boxes and says itβs going to cost $23+ per box. I stated that I will only pay what itβs priced and what I was sold the first box (again not realising that he changed the price on me without knowledge) was meant to be $7.80. He refused to sell at the marked price and so false advertised. Now I know why he didnβt give me a receipt for the first purchase he added $17 on to. Blaming his staff for making an error in which the customer like myself had nothing to do with. Itβs not my job to read the fine print on the price tags when all I saw was the price. The FTA will be happy to hear about this. Your mistake - not mine. You refused to sell the tabs to me unless I paid the extra $30+ in which I gladly declined. But because sadly you are ridiculously overpriced I will not shop there or recommend anyone else shopping there. There are a lot of elderly people in the immediate community and I hope they arenβt ripped off like this. Unfortunately some have no choice because of location. Disappointing!

I only ever get part of my prescription and have to come back constantly because they only have 75% of a 3-month prescription of my meds in stock. even when the script was sent to them days earlier. Also very inconsistent advice on the phone as to what they have available for when I come to collect. Once I get the last part of my order I will be switching pharmacies as its really inconvenient getting my meds from here even though its the closest one to my doctors office. every other pharmacy has my meds in stock without needing to call ahead.

Best pharmacy. Great service, professional. They are customer focused. Huge thanks to a team that are customer focused. With all the new housing going up around this area, these are the pharmacists to go to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.... been going here for years, and never had any issues.. They have never steered me wrong.

Always great service. Very informative and helpful in regards to prescription medication. Have picked up on doctors prescription dosage mistake for my child in the past so they are very thorough. Always friendly.

Usually most unhelpful in providing meds that other pharmacies will allow selling over the counter. Ie antibiotics. Just because they can.
