   Totally not recommended if you have a baby. Was running a bit late because the baby decided to poo in the nappies and needed a clean called them and they said no problem when I arrived 15 min later they said sorry to late even with the call before where I said I am running late. Even now our Daughter needs a surgery based that the Doctor@42 did not check her properly like they should

   A doctor told one of the people at the front desk to make an appointment for my grandmother to come in, and the front desk person knew the state my grandmother is constantly in just from past experiences of seeing her walk in for other appointments im guessing and she called us up to ask "...if we wanted to change this walk in appointment that the gp has set up to a phone consult ". Just small things like that are such a big help especially to people like my nan

   Absolutely terrible if you are a out of towner. They won’t take casual visits. They want all your medical notes before they’ll even book an appointment for you to see a doctor. They’ll also tell you to go to Hamilton if you need a COVID test. Not recommend at all. You know what? I’m moving to Huntly soon but not joining this practice.

   I have always received great care and advice for myself my children (one who suffers from asthma) and my husband. The ladies on the front desk are always warm and welcoming and Dr Umo is loved by my kids. I wouldn’t dream of changing drs.

   My best friend was cared for with such thoughtfulness as he went through terminal cancer. All the staff were incredibly sensitive and kind and when I became unwell myself , when looking after my friend, they took care of me, too. In my mind, this practice represents everything GREAT about small town medicine. Thank you all.

   Rudest receptionist called Wendy.I have previously come in as a casual patient and she over charged me then I called a few weeks later for a post natal check up and she said they dont take casuals.She was very unhelpful.
