   Not deserving of this star. This is my branch where we collect all our meds, supplies etc for me and my family - no problem. Husband had done "click&collect" for a $4 cell battery for flat car remote, which last night alarm was triggered 4x early hours of morning. He asked me to pickup as he urgently had to fix our leaky roof. Sent me link as proof. Counter staff still wanted his phone no. ✅, account no. my ID. I don't know my own account no. let alone his. All for a $4 purchase - I was livid when I could just get it off the shelf. Had to get someone else higher to then ok it, but not without explaining its standard practice. I've picked up husbands meds many times - given address no problem. WTH, really feel targeted/racially profiled for no reason - WHY Chemist Warehouse Flatbush??? Do better

   I was there in the early morning around 9ish in the weekend and gave a prescription sheet (4-5 medications) to the counter, an Indian lady who served me said it will take 30 mins. Her attitude was okay/average but it seems way too long to wait for 30 mins while there is barely anyone in the shop or any customer waiting there. Since she said it'll take 30 mins to collect the medications I decided to go to Botany branch instead. They were rather busy but they said it'll take 15-20 mins only! I'm not a racist but it just make me feel like the lady doesn't want to work here???

   I am very impressed by the service at this branch, particularly the service provided by a specific staff member. Avezha, I hope I am getting it right, was not only helpful but she was patient and actually helped me look for the items and options that went with what I wanted. Overall, she dealt with everything super respectfully and made my shopping experience so much better. This isn't the only time I have seen her super active in the role. Every time I have come in, she is super approachable and very helpful and kind. Just wanted to put this out there as an appreciation of her work ethic because this is the kind of approachability that people like me (super uncomfortable in crowds) need.

   I made 6 calls to get my chronic repeat prescription. One of the calls left me waiting for 15 minutes before cutting off. When I finally got a hold of them the still did not order the chronic meds and very flippant about the bad service. This one star rating is too generous.

   Sadly, very poor customer service at this particular branch. The staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. Rather walk around the corner to the Botany Junction Unichem where they call you by name ... maybe $2 more and awesome customer service - I know where I'll be going in future.

   Terrible. Ordered and paid $112 online for 2 bottles of perfume. I received only 1 bottle valued at $34.99. The other bottle I never received valued at $75, I have tried numerous times to speak to their customer service on the phone, NON EXISTENT, No one answers it. It also won't accept my email in the complaints area on their website. So out of pocket for $75, disgusting.

   Repeated calls to confirm if medicine is ready to be picked up, because doctor had sent the prescription. No one picked up and line gets disconnected. No good service. Specially when patient cannot come to pick up the medicine and has requested a family / a friend to pick up. THIIS HAS HAPPENED IN ALL THE BRANCHES. NEED THIS ISSUE TO BE ATTENDED AND RESOLVED ASAP.

   Such poor service. Pharmacist refused to give us emergency fatty cream for my son suffering badly from eczema the day before the Easter holiday saying it was against policy. Yet we can purchase it from other chemists and eventually got it from another Chemist Warehouse. No empathy or understanding- not here to serve sick people. Never going back here
