Wonderful clean maintained shop, the staff seem happy as always when I pop in, this one young woman with curly hair, is always super chatty and very helpful with any products I’m looking for, such a lovely Gem she is, would recommend if your ever in town.

I can't speak highly enough of Annabelle & the team. Every time I go in I am served quickly and respectfully and the staff are always so friendly and willing to help, often going the extra mile to remind me of repeats or when another doctors visit is going to be needed. In this busy life it's great to know they also have your back.

This is my go to postshop because it is literally next to where i work. I have gone here for over a year and not once i have received good customer service or acknowledgement. Although a few times they greet lot older customers and i guess the brown girl is just another ....(nevermind) The ladies are either too busy standing around, chatting or not around to notice a waitline by the Postshop counter. A few times i had to go ask for service only to get told to wait with a massive frown as if they dont want to be asked. The only reason why i am giving 1 star is because of its convenient location next to my office or else no star at all (if only it was a thing).
Extremely rude and unprofessional service from a very nasty woman who appears to be called Phillipa at this pharmacy. She needs to get lessons on how to provide friendly customer service. Rudest retail experience I've come across.
A great pharmacy. Pharmacist was extremely helpful when we needed anti-viral medication following a positive RA test. As visitors from Australia and unfamiliar with NZ Health requirements her help was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
