   This is the WORST clinic I’ve ever been to!! Please save your time and don’t go there. The doctor is rude and a professional manipulator. Don’t even get me started on the receptionist. If I could give a zero star I would. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!!! They damaged my tooth. And I’m gonna SUE THEM.

   Unfortunately Jordan has returned to UK. Felt bit distressed as I was booked to see a new Dentist. Rang to let them know how I was feeling and Manager came across as cold and said "I can't help that he left." It wasnt about that, but she failed to empathize. I had another negative experience 2 months ago with the receptionist. Downright Rude! Cancelled my appt today and going elsewhere. If you want a great experience go to the Johnsonville location they seen more pleasant.

   The Dentist Jordan was good, explained things and was very kind. The only reason why I'm offering 2-Stars is because the receptionist was rude, ignorant and very unprofessional. In her spitefulness, she knew very well that I had overpaid my dentist appointment. When kindly asked for reimbursement she cleverly replied that her boss was overseas on leave for a month and was the only one authorised person to sign it! Amongst other things, she kept rebooking me at the most unconvinient time. Total lack of empathy for paying customers.

   The only reason I am giving 1 star rating is due to help & compassion I briefly recieved from the receptionist (apologies for not remembering your name) today at my appointment visit, I unfortunately cannot give any reviews regarding any of the dentist there as I had fled the surgery in tears & a more broken, ashamed woman than that I was already feeling. I do not wish to go into specifics but the second lady who came to reception (you know who you are) as I am sure I made quiet an impression! You my dear need to take a long hard look at yourself & evaluate if that is the right job for you, because I did not receive any of the compassion, empathy or sheer that the ads advise you have. I will never return nor recommend this practice! I apolgise to the dentist as I'm sure you are very capable in your field of expertise.

   The new patient on board process with simple. The booking was easy and quick. Jack helped me extracted two rotten teeth. He was quick and made the process almost painless despite the teeth broken during the extraction, added much complication. After that, I was unfortunately to have infection. He didn't just give it a wash, some antibiotics and send me home. He called up a few hospitals to make sure I'm okay. It sucks that I ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital due to the swelling, but I know I'm safe and in good care here compare to being at home. For the affordable price doesn't match the professional care you get, highly recommend!

   Worst experience. Got a call from them to Book an appointment as they had a cancellation. Booked my Mother in-law at 11:15 am. We reached 10 minutes earlier and they told to wait for 15 minutes and then after 15 minutes she told us to come 1:30pm. Told them not coming at 1:30. Don't waste your time going here as they have no respect for other's valuable time.

   Went in for what I thought was going to be a filling, but ended just getting a sealant thing done. The dentist who I saw did an excellent job going through my X-rays with me and explaining what I was seeing, he also had done a good job with the treatment itself which wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I don’t normally write reviews but they did a fantastic job, were very welcoming and sent me home with a goodie bag!

   Amazing dental team. All staff were fantastic to deal with. Dr Alana was very thorough, gave detailed explanations and continuously ensured I was comfortable. I have visited many dentists and the team here easily hold my 2nd top dental team I've ever experienced (the top spot is the dental team who spent a total of 13 surgical hours doing oral reconstruction after an accident). Will certainly be returning and reccomending, thank you :)

   I've seen Byron, Alana and also Caitlin all three were fantastic! Byron did my initial consultation and told me all of the things I needed done along side my wisdom tooth extraction, he talked me through the process as he went along with his treatment each time I have seen him, he is well spoken and knowledgeable in the dental sector. I saw Alana for the actual extraction and 2 fillings and she was also great, I didnt feel a thing through the whole process which is just what you want when you go to the dentist!! She even called to check in on me later in the evening as I had some trouble with one of the injections I was given. I saw Caitlin the hygienist today and she was also fantastic, she told me everything she would do and what she is looking for, though hygiene appointments are uncomfortable it was a great experience. I have been through 2 other dentists in porirua in the last 5 years and had terrible experiences each visit so I am happy I have now found a good trustworthy place to go!!
