Poor service. My wife did immigration chest x ray from them but they forget to send the report to immigration. Got another notice from immigration. Waste our time.Front desk lady name Sharmila was very aggressive and rude when we visit first time on 22 march. specially to Indian patients. There was no smile on her face and her tone was unwelcoming.
Not the best customer service. The lady at the counter named Sharmila was quite rude, specially to Indian patients. I noticed it first hand when standing in the queue and seeing her being rude to this young lady. There was no smile on her face and her tone was unwelcoming. She was giving her a very mean look and the young lady was being nothing but polite. She was a lot nicer to the gentleman who was next in line and was of Caucasian descent. Please train your staff to treat everyone equally and with respect. And no, I am NOT asking you to "comment in a public forum on specific issues relating to individual patients". Just a request to be nicer to patients who are already going through a difficult time. Thank you
I am grateful for the warm service both on the phone & in person for x-rays. I thought that the team went the extra mile to assist & were professional & friendly, it was a much less clinical more friendly radiology clinic compared to others I have been to in different parts of Auckland in the past. Thank you, for your kind service.
Absaloutly disgusting experience. Had dealt with a lovely lady days prior explaining to come in early. On arrival this lady was away but I dealt with her colleague, she had a serious attitude problem and told me I had come to early and talked down to me like I was peice of gum on her shoe. I do not recomend this place and will be having my procedure somewhere else.
Nice friendly helpful staff clean tidy well presented toys available for children while parents wait, not much of a wait time considering no appointments nessary magazines supplied while you wait toilet available if needed plenty of seats and parking outside easy to find signs outside
