   We were in on Sunday ( 21st December. ) We received fantastic customer service by the lovely- Marie. Not only was she helpful while I was trying Beilish perfume, she was still helping other customers for there were a few, She gave us her full attention in a calm pleasant manner. When I purchased the perfume she was friendly and even gave me a free sample of the other perfume I was thinking about getting. Marie is such a gem. Her mannerism was professional.

   I went here this morning to try and get some guidance over medication I could take for bad period cramps. The woman who was behind the counter who initially served me was nice, however the pharmacist that she went and spoke to was HORRIBLE. she basically gaslit me and made me feel like I was stupid. The pills I was taking had the dosage changed earlier in the year from five pills daily to three pills and the three pills just doesn’t cut it. So I was just asking if there were any other similar medications that I could try. She tried to tell me that the medication dosage hadn’t changed - even though there were literally news articles written about the change on Stuff etc. And then she accused me of practically overdosing even THOUGH I SAID that the moment I was told about the dosage being changed I followed the instructions?? She basically made out that I didn’t know what I was talking about and was an idiot who didn’t read instructions? I just had to try not to cry - this woman made me feel two feet tall and I truly regret setting foot in there. I won’t be going back, she made me feel stupid and illiterate and quite frankly, that just is not good enough. When you go in to a place like this where you are discussing personal issues such as periods, you want to feel like you are being listened to and not judged. That was not my experience and it has honestly been traumatic. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and to have it stomped on and disregarded like that is awful. If there was a zero star option, I would give that. I am truly appalled and this whole thing has just been so traumatising.

   I’ve just got home from this pharmacy and writing it straightaway. I normally do not write any comment on here,but I just wanted to let Olivia know that how much I appreciate her brilliant hospitality. I am not native speaker and still not good at dealing with people at shops specially language issue. She spoke to me slowly and trying to understand what I wanted to say. She gave me some options and eventually gave me the best one. I was so nervous and anxious till I was there, but I was go grateful for her kind attitude. I really appreciate from the bottom of my heart!!

She was so kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about the products and what would suit me and help with my issues. She has a lovely personality and I really appreciate the time she took to help me. It’s rare these days to come across such great and efficient service. She is a credit to your shop and I will certainly be back for any further purchases.
