“The doctors, nurses and reception staff have all taken good care of me whenever I've been to this clinic. You can't make appointments, but the upside of that is as long as you're willing to wait, you can see a doctor on the day without it costing a fortune. As long as you're enrolled with Tui Medical (any branch), it's about $20 per appointment. I'm not sure what it costs if you're not enrolled. I would like to see them be stricter on getting patients to wear face masks in the waiting area if they have coughs, but other than that, I'm very happy with the service.”

“Although he is overseas, I can communicate with Dr. Ragupathy. He is great, senior, and knowledgeable.”

“I had a procedue undertaken yesterday under general anaesthetic which I had been very anxious about in the lead up to it. All of the staff I interacted with were caring and patient with me, and they did their utmost to make me feel at ease. Doctor Koya was great, the anaesthist was great, the nurses were very kind to me and attentive, they all made a very difficult procedure for me as comfortable as they possibly could. Choosing a urology team is an important decision and I can honestly recommend One Six One whole heartedly and honestly”

“The absolute best gp i have ever had, I am so happy I decided to change gps due to not being listened to for the last 2 years (more before this diagnoses) but as soon as I enrolled here and spoke with my new doctor (Angela Lee) I was diagnosed within a week and had surgery a week later. She not only listens to her patients but generally cares too. The staff I have personally met with (from reception to nurses and doctors) have been amazingly kind and caring. I am happy to say my family and I have finally found a medical centre that actually care about their patients and their health. Thank you browns bay medical!”

“Surprisingly, it was an excellent experience for me today. I called reception early in the morning to see whether I and two of my relatives could get an apt ( walk in) and she booked us in before noon same day. I wasn't expecting the great customer service due to the reviews already posted but I'm glad I still went a head and experience it firsthand. Just regret not getting the lovely staff members names who assisted us today. They were very efficient, professional & super friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will be back to have all my family members enrolled. Keep up the great work☺️”

“I highly recommend NP Mark Santry. Mark is very professional and experienced and performs his duties equal to or more expertly than any previous GP I have attended. I was initially sceptical of the role of a Nurse Practitioner but not any more. If referred to a NP, you can have confidence in their ability and expertise. The reception staff are always helpful and courteous and I was impressed with the first appointment with the Practice Nurse who introduced me to the practice.”

“I've been going a long time and my first doctors was, I'm my opinion, really incompetent. My MS went undiagnosed for years because he thought I was making it to get drugs. I WASN'T. Then Dr Werry came along and diagnosed it in a week along with diabetes. He retire and now have Harry who is REALLY great too. He listens and treats holistically and is really easy to talk to”

“We would like to thank one of the doctors at this clinic Dr Ravi Naran for his incredible support and medical expertise demonstrated during an incident that took place at a recent football match. His quick thinking, calmness and obvious medical ability helped save a player who suffered a heart attack during the game. He provided leadership, direction and clear instruction to the group providing life saving first aid, and ultimately through his direct actions saved the life of our player. An amazing professional, and without his quick reactions the situation would have been completely different. Unfortunately due to distance we are unable to be patients at his clinic, but have no doubt he would be an amazing GP and someone who will undoubtedly be a great doctor for those in his district.”

“I can't rate Robert Street Clinic highly enough, I saw Kyle for about a year and a half two years (will likely pop back now and then once I have a bit more time). I found his approaches to therapy holistic and reflective. He helped me process some trauma and supported me to feel more confident in myself and my ability to undertake the mahi I do. I also really like how he speaks up in our media about mental health and progressive political issues. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. X)”

“Very impressed by the service so far. I called at 3pm in the afternoon, and the lovely receptionist apologised that the earliest they could see me was 8:30am the next day! (I'd been experiencing 3-4 week waits, or hours at the walk in, only to be treated poorly and spoken down to at my previous clinic.) I was seen straight away the next day, tests taken, spoke to the nurse about my asthma meds while I was there too. I felt repected and listened to by everyone I came in contact with, this shouldn't be a breath of fresh air, but after the last few experiences with doctors, it definitely was!”
