“I have been using CPAP through the Sleepwell clinic for nearly a year now, and to be honest I have been flabbergasted by the high level of service that is offered, and the overwhelming sincere kindness that every interaction has generated. Everyone bends over backwards to solve every problem. This is true for the staff in the central clinic in Christchurch, but also equally true for the staff in the Nelson clinic. I use both types of CPAP machine, the stationary and the travelling so have generated a range of problems and questions, all of which have been dealt with promptly, kindly, and efficiently. The level of service goes way beyond what I would expect from a health service provider. In the latest instance, they telephoned me to see how things were going. I can't speak for all the practitioners there, but I've only had positive interactions with my own doctor, Dr. Jan Barrett, who is always open to hear my concerns and empathetic to my needs. “A New Yorker far from home: had a bit of an emergency and was told to check out the medical center, 20 minutes before closing on the weekend. Surprisingly, they took me in and I had the most lovely experience. What a warm welcome from the receptionist and Dr. Daun was very knowledgeable and great to chat with. They immediately got me what I needed and I feel so much better. Highly recommend!”

“I came across Central Health Clinic from Grabone, was at the time trying to find a place to fix my back injury which happened over a year ago. I had seen quite many clinics, you name it in town, but never was able to get my back totally fixed - the remaining 20% was just so hard to get it away and I lost confidence from time to time. This clinic - it is definitely not the best appealing place, I agree with some of the reviewers. But this is not what I went to this clinic for. The clinician - David is not a talkative person, but very professional The treatments - I found my back starting to become better after 3 -4 sessions, which I have not experienced before. The session - it is about a couple of needles, bone adjustments and clinical massage. But you will be surprised how much these treatments can help your body, a typical 40-50minute session is well enough. Like all other treatments, things are not going to get better until a treatment period, typically 5-10 sessions. This clinic is not about selling massage service as some are after, it is a clinic good at treating body pains, injuries or other health issues. I have no hesitation to recommend it to you if you are after a genuine traditional Chinese clinic to help you improve your health condition. Many thanks to David and all the best to everyone!”

“The telephone here could be tricky to reach, but rest assured—they always return calls if you leave a voicemail. We’ve visited this clinic several times and seen three to four different dentists, all of whom are incredibly gentle and patient with children. Highly recommend this place, especially Katherine! She’s young, cheerful, and has such a playful approach that it feels like a game for the kids while she completes their dental treatment.”

“Another great experience as a walk-in. I arrived early and waited at the door before the 8am opening. I saw the triage nurse, then doctor, had an x-ray then doctor again, all within an hour. I had a broken bone in my foot so was in a lot of pain but the staff here were all so kind and caring.”

All the team are amazing to deal with so friendly and patient. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good family doctors. It is so easy to get appointments with recently myself needing an appointment urgently and I was booked in within 2 hours of calling. It is so affordable $10 for the doctor $5 for the nurse.
