   Our local GP and have the family enrolled here. Have seen quite a few different GPs at Hoon Hay Medical over the years and have always had a pleasant experience. The nurses always call back when they say they will and we are able to get an appointment quickly (quite often within a day or two!). The receptionists are prompt and friendly.

   I have been with this practice since moving to Christchurch 2 years ago. I have always found the reception staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I feel I have found an amazing doctor who gives me the time and listens to me. I certainly hope she is there to stay!

   Would not even given 1 star, thanks to the four different nasty Dr's who ruined my life, no bedside manner, no compassion, wouldn't listen and best of all you all wrote lies in my notes. NOTICE YOU HAVE TAKEN DOWN ALL YR NEGATIVE REVIEWS WITH COMMENTS, WONDER HOW LONG MINE STAYS UP. PITY WHEN YOU HIT THE THREE DOTS ON A REVIEW YOUR DR'S DIDN'T READ THAT YOU CAN'T BULLY,HARRESS USE LANGUAGE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU. THE DR'S THERE ARE A JOKE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ENROLLING, KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS MEDICAL CENTRE, GPS, NURSES AND RECEPTION ALL NEED AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT, WOMAN DR'S ESPECIALLY THERE ARE THE WORST. KEEP CLEAR

   I was trying to book an appointment this morning and I started to ring the clinic at 8:45am as says on the website for Wednesday opening hours. But the phone just keeps going to voice mail telling me I rang after business hours. Bad first impression for a Business.
