   I’m so grateful to have such a supportive and caring GP. During a difficult time of change in my health, he really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and symptoms, and I never felt rushed. His empathy made a tough time so much easier to navigate. After a work-related incident, he even went the extra mile by following up after hours to help me manage my pain levels, something I truly appreciated. Thank you Dr Steve!

   Hi, I am Mina. I had a highly disappointing and disheartening experience with Dr Stephen Sohn. During our consultation, I was met with an attitude that felt cold, dismissive, and entirely lacking in empathy. Rather than engaging with my concerns thoughtfully, he responded with a detached tone and an unwillingness to truly listen. At no point did I feel seen, heard, or respected as a patient. He went straight away and prescribe the same medication that doesnt work for me(Sertraline+Quetiapine). Professionalism in healthcare is not just about clinical knowledge — it is about communication, compassion, and human decency. Sadly, none of these qualities were present in my interaction with Dr Sohn. I have since spoken with clinic management and made my concerns known. I sincerely hope no other patient will have to endure the same level of emotional discomfort I experienced. If you value a doctor who listens with care and treats patients with basic dignity, I would advise caution before booking with Dr Stephen Sohn.

   I changed my review thanks to quick response of the manager center and out of respect cause me and my family really happy with doctor here. Doctor Claire Han always helpful and dedicated. Please be patient on phone. That's all I have ask for. Special with people who not from New Zealand like me. We all try our best to be better. Thanks

   Doctor (Claire Han) is friendly, interested, competent & informative. I am happy with her care thusfar. My husband's doctor also seems the same & has a great way of imparting information (Marshall Donnelly, I believe). Reception staff are often very busy but friendly & helpful too. Nurses calling with results are helpful & if they miss you, it seems it's best to call back & leave a message. On the down side, do find the practice is quite expensive at over $70 for a subsidised patient (if i didnt have insurance I would only go to the doctor if in dire need if paying full price, which is not really ideal & creates an "ambulance at the bottom of the cliff" approach) and the interior is in need of a refresh as it's dark & a bit tired looking, and may impact people's impressions of the practice.

   My family and I have been seeing Dr Sohn and we are extremely happy and thankful for his service. Particularly when my 7 month old was down with covid Dr Sohn was able to make time for us on short notice to attend to him for urgent care. Nurses at the clinic have also been friendly and caring during his routine immunisations. Overall would highly recommend Dr Sohn and the clinic.

   I had some issues with my stomach that has been ongoing for weeks. Enrolled and made an appointment with Dr. Steven Sohn. Quick and concise communication with the nurses, and Dr. Steven was thorough, and I was referred to a blood test immediately. He followed up immediately after the results, and has devised a plan to mitigate and manage my diagnosis. My new go-to GP from this experience !!!
